Royally Ready to cruise

thanks every one. We have looked and looked for an inside stateroom across the hall. Finally found it. Door opened up into an inside hallway not close at all! Another of our families has 2 adults and 6 children no way to get them side by side. we went with royal for all the free activities on board for the kiddos. Regretting our choice

thanks everyone. We are on the ovation sailing to Alaska next summer. Not very easy for a family of 5 unless you book a jr suite. how much hassle is to stick one of the kids (age 7) in their aunts room? Hassle as I getting off ports etc. ?

We have a balcony stateroom with a set of triplets in one, (10 yo) then a cabin in between our next cabin that has a 9; 7; and 3 yo old. Seems no matter how early we book we can’t get rooms beside each other let alone connecting. Does Royal not have rooms that accommodate 4 beside each other? and has any one ever gotten a fellow cruiser to switch cabins so that the kiddos would be beside each other?

Sailing with our family of 20 next summer to Alaska. Has anyone been able to get this large of a group seated together in MDR ? Ty!!

Thank you I am hoping that is the case, but we would not want to jeopardize any one else’s cruise or family on board. be asymptomatic or something. We lost our uncle over Labor Day weekend to Covid, he was vaxed and boosted, family has no idea how he got it. I shudder to think if I passed it on not knowing. I have cruise insurance so we could cancel, but will for sure test before embarkation. Thank you

We are scheduled to embark on IOTS next Friday, unfortunately we have all been exposed to Covid, does anyone know the rules now and can we cancel because of exposure? (school closed for 3 days to clean and disinfect) or must have positive test to reschedule? we do not want to jeopardize any other sailors so I’m thinking we will reschedule any way. Ty

Being from a small Midwest town, I hear zilch! Nada! Anyone hearing any rumors re: relaxation of mandatory Covid vax requirements on DCL cruises? I so want to plan a cruise to celebrate my daughters college graduation and being accepted pre-med but can’t. I’m not vaxed due to my health situation. C’mon Disney please!!!!! I want to go and will test every day. Don’t care what it takes. thanks for sharing.

Looking to book several staterooms on Ovation for Alaska. Can anyone share their thoughts on rooms 7260 thru 7264? Alaska is the one place we want a beautiful view but finding it tough to get rooms close together for our family. Ty!

just got my concierge email, not sure what can be asked for. can we ask for 6:30 pm time with window seating/private table with ocean view in main dining? also not sure how to arrange Covid testing for our 5 yo and arrive when we wish at the port. I’d like to get there early for boarding and lunch! 😊

Following. First time RCL cruise in a 2 bedroom suite on Indie in 2 weeks! Have no idea what to expect.
