Trying to book specialty dining for our August 26th cruise but the only option is Sabattini's. I am assuming this means the Crown Grill is fully booked. Will reservations become available closer to the cruise date?

Sorry if this has already been asked, but do any recent cruisers on Royal Princess have copies of the MDR menus. If not, can you advise which nights would be best to skip the MDR and go to a specialty restaurant. Thanks
