We bought a bottle at the wake. At first they said they were sold out, and after explaining it was for my wife's birthday the sommelier was able to magically find some. Not sure what that was about 🤷. But completely agree, if they are serving it by the glass, it better be consumed completely within a few hours. Those cork stoppers can only do so much.

Seem like Celebrity might have this Book Later certificate, that is transferable? But I will need to research more on that. 3. Similar to the above, looking into the difference between the two. 4. ALWAYS transfer to a TA for the added perks. Not sure why the cruise line industry can't realize that they can save by offering incentives to book directly rather than paying out commissions.

Caveat being during 2020, cruise line were practically giving away cruises. But for us, we are never in the room. Shower, change and sleep. Personally, we rather spend $372 on an excursion or 2.

Does any purposely buy inside than do a move up? Is it usually cheaper this way? Inside: 809 Balcony: 995 Difference is 186 x 2 = 372 Would a move up be less than that usually? I'm reading the move up and it seem so.

How do you find a TA with group rate discounts?

What's a Book Later Certificate? Same as the FCC?

Any way to know that TAs have group rates? I used I VERY large well known TA online, and they were 100$ cheaper than the website, but no freebies only OBC.

This is EXACTLY what I am seeing! It's crazy that a deposit is over 50% the total. How can I find a TA with group rates? I'd love to to do that.

My Next Virgin Voyage. It's there on ship FCC. Except you can buy it onboard, then transfer it to friends, family, ect.

Yea, that's what we are noticing. The deposit is almost 50% of the total because the minimum deposit seems to be $500. So we're looking if there was any options to maybe lower it.

The $1 deposit is an annual sale. Not an everyday thing with HAL. For the $100 FCC, can someone buy it online now and transfer it to me? Or is there fees, ect that won't allow it?

Hey All, Trust all is well. Celebrity newbie here but a lot of sailing under us with HAL and VV. Had some questions for the Celebrity pros out there. Any tips of tricks to booking a cruise with the lowest Non Refundable deposit possible? HAL has an annual $1 deposit sale. VV has MNVVs that can be bought and given/sold to other Sailors. Wondering if Celebrity has anything similar. Also, if I were to make a non-refundable deposit of $1 to $500, and the final payment date arrives. Should I no longer want to or more likely can not go, I am only out the deposit right? There would be no additional "cancellation fees" or remaining amount needing to be remitted. Correct? Thank you in advance.

We did the Greece island glow last year. It was nothing special. Saw Sir Richard 3 times for scheduled appearances. Every day there was a free happy hour with signature cocktails. That was nice. Other than that, no different. They did closed certain restaurants for parties, so that was a bit annoying. They also didn't sell out, so they offered DBS people an additional 10% off to try and fill the ship last month or so
