Yes that's the one, the super Tuscan is an insane dinner with truffles and premium wine..its worth 60$ you think? -
Most sailors don't pay the PP because it's comped as a part of their casino voyage. A huge majority of cruisers you see on any cruise sailing are there on comps, discount vouchers or guests of the casino. These sailings also include PP so the higher fees does not really impact those cruisers so not sure if this is something to be concerned about.

Can you go straight to Customer Service desk upon boarding and request an upgrade to a higher tier room? After learning the minimum bets you'll be able to negotiate with the front desk if your ship isn't full? -
Problem is that it's impossible to book speciality dinning days until you can see the MDR menu for each day of the sailing. You need to book the bad menu days on MDR no one books speciality blind - how do we check the MDR menu for each day on the app for our sailing?
