I am trying to convince my brother in law to join our 14 day Panama Canal cruise out of SD in December, but he HAS to work the first 5 days making phone calls. He has Verizon. Does anyone have experience with this? The pay per minute option won’t work since he will be on the phone 8+ hours a day. My sister doesn’t want to go without him, so I am trying to find a solution. I was thinking he could just use my phone and I’ll get the unlimited AT&T cruise calling package? Anyone use that before? Thanks for your insight.

We just got off the Ruby Princess as first time Princess sailors and Sabatini’s far outshone Crown Grill in every way. My husbands filet was delivered raw 3 times. My steak was really tough (hard to cut or chew) so I traded it out for a filet (medium cook ordered) and it was delivered raw also. So we gave up and went to the buffet. The really nice waiter we had said they have a new chef and “many people” were sending their steaks back recently. The best thing they had was the garlic cheese bread.

Same here. I called Customer Service and asked which package I had and they stated Premiere. On my “Dine my way” it shows 2 Specialty Dining credits, so it makes me feel better that I am indeed Premiere in the system. 🤞🏻Hopefully the same for everyone caught in the Matrix.

I just watched a tip that once you are on board you can TEXT Guest Services instead of standing in line through the app. Has anyone tried this, and how well did it work?

I booked using my credits, canceled and changed the times, and it charged my credit card and shows credits still available 🤷🏼‍♀️ My TA said just go to guest services on the ship.
