The meeting points at LHR are still the same, I was given those same ones yesterday

Well I spoke to Princess in the end and all they said was that transfer booking is not available online. I did get everything sorted over the phone though. looking at some of the screenshots provided above my cruise personaliser bears little to no resemblance. Probably is a UK thing after all

Where can I find the option to book LHR to Southampton transfers? I booked directly with Princess so after doing some searcing on this forum I think I should be able to see the option in the cruise personaliser? Cant find it though and I dont really want to call them.

I see the above includes only small costa drinks. Anything to stop me buying 2 using mine and my wifes cruise cards? (we will both have the above but Mrs A doesn’t drink coffee). Also I presume I can finish one small coffee and go right back to the counter and get another? thanks

Well thats me all booked!……… On P and O Arvia to Portugal, Spain, France and Italy for 14 nights. New ship and nice long itinerary. RCIs Southampton itineraries are about as appealing as a trip to the end of my road on a wet Tuesday. shame as I enjoyed my cruise on Anthem this year (my first ever cruise)

honestly, I would hate it. Ive watched the videos and its not something I would enjoy. Good luck to all those who do though, I hope they all have a lovely time. I will be in the buffet, more my style. Even the MDR menus are a bit much for me.

Just looked it up as I had no idea what it was. The suite guests may keep it and I hope they enjoy it. Not for me though, I wouldn’t go if Princess paid me $149

I booked under a special offer promotion last year and got a free plus package. In July this year I upgraded that plus package to premier. My personaliser says I have the plus package - this is after I have logged in and on the packages page - it states 'purchased' under plus. However, if I go into the 'confirm current packages' page it lists the benefits of plus and also some of the benefits of premier (but not all). For example I have listed Plus Bev Pkg and also Premium Bar Upgrade Medallion Net 1 device wifi and medalion net device upgrade I wont list them all but the new premier benefits that are not mentioned at all are Unlimted room service delivery Ocean now delivery Unlimited casual dining Meanwhile on my invoice (sent through today so brand new) it states I have the plus package but also further down states I have the Premier bar package. I have spoken to two different customer service agents and also done live chat. They all insist I have the new premier package (including those benefits that arent listed in my personaliser) but that there is nothing they can do to change the information on the invoice or on the perosnaliser but that 'I shoundt worry as the ship will know' Anyone else had anything like this? Anyone know anything else I can try to get my invoice and personaliser to refelct what I have actually booked? This is my first time with Princess - is this the frustrating experience I can expect? Looking to book my 2024 and 2025 cruises and I've already rules Princess out and I havent even set foot on one of their ships yet.

Yeah there will be plenty of choice in the buffet. Was looking for something for when we are in the cafes but it doesn't look like there will be. Just removes a couple of options for us unfortunately
