  1. Trust me! I swear I not mad! I just suffer from RBF 🙂 Any help would be appreciated 🙂
  2. Thank you for sharing, its a good lesson. When I am sitting alone in the bar of by the pool and I am just relaxing and not really thinking of anything, guys will say I look angry, and I am not its just my face sometimes looks like that when I am thinking, it is great when guys will encounter me later on the ship and they basically give me a second chance by saying hello.
  3. Hi Guys, I created a simple 9 page PDF of the current sauna/steam database. Its just a bit more compact and easier to reference for some guys. Happy to share here is my email cruisemscldad@proton.me Mitch

  5. Thanks for the information, I have never sailed P&O before. Mitch
  6. Thank you! He has been in gymnastics since 3, wrestling now and really into lifting, he is massive for his age (proud dad here bragging) but I got an tip from another cruiser about bringing a note form his wrestling coach, and I am also thinking maybe when they see him they will see how dedicated and takes the gym very seriously. Hey all a dad can do is ask, rules are rules I respect that, Thank you, Mitch Fell free ro say hi, CruiseMsclDad@proton.me
  7. Body wise, he is massive, he easily could pass for 18/19, until he opens his mouth 🙂 But thank you for the tip, I can ask for a note from his wrestling coach, that is an awesome idea! Thank you Mitch
  8. Thank you so much for the info! My kids have been off the hard liqueur for a couple of years now 🙂 No seriously I never drink at all when I am on vacation with them, with MY sons I have to have all senses super sharp! So it would be just soft drinks and juices. Generally I will be using the wifi to make calls, pay bills and some work emails, no streamimg stuff. Would basic wifi be ok for these tasks? Thank you, Mitch
  9. We really do like the calm of staring at the ships wake, and I do find aft cabins quieter in general. Thank you, Mitch
  10. I knew from other cruises there would be an age requirement, thank you for pointing that out. I am still on on the fence about it. Thanks Mitch
  11. Defiantly, I will ask. My sons have been in gymnastics since they were 3 and my oldest is like his dad becoming addicted to lifting, but you are correct best to ask first! Thank you, Mitch
  12. thank you so much for your info! September 10, 2023 My sons are 7 & 14. And yes would prefer single cabin but my oldest really wants one of his own so its a toss up for now. Can you give me any details on Basic wifi and basic drink packages?
  13. Hi Mitch here! Single dad here sailing with my 2 sons, and just saw a great sale on Celebrity Equinox, but very limited choices left. I have some questions: Cabin Selection: I am trying to understand the differences. Category V2 Veranda Stateroom Category DV Deluxe Veranda Stateroom Category C2 Concierge Class Stateroom Category SC Sunset Concierge Class Stateroom It appears that these are all the same in size and layout. The Concierge Class is about $100 more, is this worth it? There are no Aqua Class available. They are offering for $524 Classic Beverage Package, Pre-Paid Gratuities, and a Basic WiFi Package., on all cabins, is this worth it? Or is it better to book these separate. We are all gym rats, how late does the gym stay open until? How late do the pools stay open? Here is the itinerary, anything you would recommend? Georgetown (Grand Cayman), Cayman Islands, Cozumel, Mexico, Bimini Islands, Bahamas Thank you for your help, and please and for any other info that might help me.
  14. I have never had an issue yet about having a male therapist on any cruise line, as long as one was on staff. I am sorry you had this experience, I have only have had good experiences with Princess, this is awful what you experienced. Thinking back I have only ever requested one once I was aboard, again sorry this happened to you. Mitch
  15. Will all the comments that I have received echoed what you said. I was leaning toward the Adventure because it is 7 nights, but if the Mariner is a better ship then maybe I will sacrifice that one night.
  16. Thank you for pointing that out! I did see that when I was comparing the 2 ships. That would add more light into the room. Now I am looking at 6 nights vs 7. The Adventure is a 7 night Fort Lauderdale, FL At Sea At Sea St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands Tortola, British Virgin Islands At Sea CocoCay, Bahamas Fort Lauderdale, FL The Mariner is a 6 night Port Canaveral, FL At Sea Labadee, Haiti Falmouth, Jamaica At Sea CocoCay, Bahamas Port Canaveral, FL
  17. Thank you so much that is awesome news! I was looking at the deck plans and the spa area on both looked identical. Which ship over all did you prefer? Mitch
  18. Thanks, others have mentioned like you so far about the additional food choices. Do you know if the Mariner stil has free sauna / steam for men, I was not sure with recent upgrades if this was removed?
  19. Thank you, I can see others have a preference for the Mariner but have not really seen a spefic example of why. Unless I missed it. Mitch
