  1. I get it, you don’t go to this place for the salad bar lol.. but was watching a video and saw they had some basic sushi rolls at the salad bar. Was I imagining it or was that real? Think I saw tuna, salmon and veggie rolls.
  2. Looks like they are still available on escape this december.. Spa balcony.. Now club spa balcony I dont know how many they really have for that class.. I kept watching and did snag one for this december (club spa balcony) from club balcony. But spa balconies have been available every time I looked..
  3. Is it just a myth then that they allow 1 price adjustment after final payment date? Or just if they decide they want to be nice and allow it?
  4. I'm no wine person for sure, but only 2 wines are decent on those lists?
  5. you said you didnt want to be tracked.. so.. doesnt matter if it's a cruise of not..
  6. Also, I see Bird was on the Prima, and we're on the escape.. sooooo.. probably some differences there also 🙂
  7. I get it, I just thought that difference between club and non club was the bathroom size.. Gonna be bummed it non club have the larger sinks, toilet not jammed in the space it shows and the larger shower..
  8. I know you are a LOT more experienced than I am, so are you saying the floor plans NCL shows on their site is wrong? Because those pics all look like they are from club not normal bathrooms.. Since these are the ones NCL shows??
  9. You can bring snacks / prepacked food from what I understand.
  10. Ours was another $500 lower the day before final booking, then a spa club balcony became available for $600 more.. Soooooo.. just upgraded to the spa club lol..
  11. Cool.. Yea, leaving Canaveral and doing Cozumel, George Town, Ocho Rios and Great Stirrup Cay..
  12. Yea, I guess that makes sense.. Is there any place that has listed that anyone knows of? Or how would one do research to have that knowledge?
  13. I see that when in port if you do certain things on the ship, there will be tax charged. Now, I know many things are closed when in port, but I'm guessing things like bars etc etc that are open is what they are talking about? If you have a drink package, and are staying onboard when in port, do you get charged tax? Or what things will be charged tax? It may be explained somewhere, but couldnt find exactly what I was looking for.. Thanks
  14. Just excited now that we're within 125 days and got our Cagney's and Teppanyaki reservations made 🙂 And just wanted to share our excitement.. lol.. Thanks for listening.
  15. Yup, pay attention to the dates. Now if the price dropped after the 120 day timeframe, then that's a bummer, but before, you can 100% change, My 120 is coming up and I'm gonna have them run the numbers 1 more time before then. Already got 1 drop of about 400 bucks..
  16. I'm booked in a club balcony suite and as one of the perks it shows being able to book at 125 days. Which should be 7/30 for our 12/2 - 12/9 cruise. But the app says to check back on 8/4 to book. Do I have to call to be able to book at 125?
  17. Well, generally speaking when I'm talking HAM radio, the large, large majority of the countries all use the same frequencies because if we didnt it would be really hard for us to communicate across not only countries, but continents. Would be hard for me to communicate with someone in asia / austraila / UK / germany, south america / canada / africa if we arent using the same freqs.. And I have the logs to prove those contacts..
  18. Correct, I had started looking into what I'd need to use them internationally, but then saw they arent allowed on-board anyway, so no more reason to look into it.. I was never expecting to use them on the ship itself, but in ports.. But again.. Doesnt matter.
  19. LOL I was hoping to take a wireless transceiver with me to try to make some mobile ham radio contacts... (since I'm licensed) but saw that's not allowed... Which is kind of a bummer.. Thought that would be fun.
