We just came back from NCL British Isles cruise. I was told we have to see the Giants Causeway. I wasn't quick enough to pre book the excursion, sold out, and it left me fumbling what to do next. Luckily I found this tour through trip advisor and it was amazing. I communicated with them before booking and they quickly responded. I was a little nervous booking outside the cruise as another tour said they would not guarantee getting us back in time. This tour was amazing! Guides were awesome! They did a lot more than advertised. Shoreline tour, scenic photo stops. There was even enough time for a quick tour is Belfast and quick education about the conflicts. The best part was it was 1/3 the price of the one through the cruise!

On the Dawn, 10 day cruise it was also $175, or nothing. Even my kids thought it was a rip. We couldn't justify that price.

We just got off the Dawn on a British isles cruise. I thought the Dawn was a great ship for the itinerary. Staff and entertainment was great. Food was good. My problem was with the itinerary change and NCL, not with the ship itself.

We just got back from this cruise on the Dawn. 3 tender stops cancelled. 1 tender stop when we booked. We got the same letter when we boarded. We are not happy missing out on 3 stops due to bad weather and unable to tender. I don't agree on the practice of being able to change tender information last minute. To me as a consumer, it's classic bait and switch. I believe NCL knows in advance where they can dock and tender. I think they are not being honest and their $100 OBC and 25% future cruise is terrible. Knowing they can change this information does not want me to cruise with them in the future.

It's pretty slow, they have other options but I would not rely on the WiFi for account beyond surfing and apps.

Just want to warn you, we just finished this cruise and Kirkwall is a tender port. Bad weather kept us out of this port and two others. We are still pissed about it. We were told one tender when we booked, arrived to board and they handed us a letter that said whoops, there's actually 5 tender ports. Bad weather kept us out of 3 of the 5 including Dublin. I'm still making noise and complaints about this cruise.
