  1. Or boomboxes and breaking (breakdancing) go hand in hand. Now an Olympic event. 😊
  2. That makes no sense. Unless you meant to say breakfast and lunch. WOW! Talk about off topic.
  3. Any and all precautions are all on you. The cruise lines aren't going to do anything more than what they are currently doing. And don't even say facemasks!
  4. Yes, they are the DPVs. Sitting and looking straight out, no problem as "we" didn't consider it to be an obstruction. Standing at the railing and looking straight out, left and right, no obstruction. We will be in cabin 7118 on the Edge in September.
  5. We were in 7118 on the Apex. 7116 is the next cabin to the right. Looking straight down was the only obstruction. A canopy.
  6. Now if I could find my transistor radio from the 60s.
  7. Agree. We have always enjoyed our Bar Harbor stops on our NE/Canada cruises.
  8. Four different MDRs. Four different menus. You select the MDRs you want to dine in. Eat in the same one or rotate between all four. Your choice. You can also request the menus from the other MDRs you are not eating in and order from all of them.
  9. Oooops. 15 March and 21 March 2026. First leg Western Caribbean, second leg Southern Caribbean. RT from Fort Lauderdale on the Silhouette. We've got our 2025 cruises all booked.
  10. The Edge.13 September. 7 Night Alaska Dawes Glacier cruise. Leaves from Seattle and returns to Vancouver.
  11. Were you sitting while you ate the box lunch Celebrity provide. 😁
  12. Thanks. I had heard that but was hoping things have changed. As in Key West.
  13. I'll wait and see when we board the Edge in September. Going to book a B2B cruise as soon as the FC office opens on embarkation day.
  14. So is Bar Harbor now allowing cruise ships to stop like in the past or limited to certain times of the year?
  15. And our experiences have been, book the first day and receive a bottle of wine for each cruise booked along with other gifts (some useful, others not so much) and being in a raffle.
  16. We paid to join the CC in 1994. Our pins are magnetic and can be worn, no matter the clothing style. Not magnetic either. 🤣
  17. Exactly why those (and you) that are bothered by this needs to vice their concerns directly to Celebrity. Doesn't matter if you are sitting at home or on a ship.
  18. I didn't realize Bar Harbor was allowing cruise ships to stop, again. Great port stop.
  19. Youngster. I do. Excellent with a beer. Even a red eye (neither an option with the Elite and above breakfast).
  20. I Emailed the executive office (Miami) late yesterday afternoon. Haven't heard anything back yet.
  21. Not a fan of the horn blasting the theme, the song or the show.
  22. At least you voiced your concerns. As I have. If it goes on deaf ears, oh well at least we escalated our displeasure instead of just whinging about it here on CC.
