We'll express our concerns with Celebrity if this effects us on our September cruise. I want to do it based on our experience. On second thought an Email to the executive office. Cruise or no cruise.

We like Celebrity, just not and never have been loyal to them or any of the cruise lines we cruise with.

I'm well aware how the CC HH use to be.. It was never every evening pre covid. Nothing on the first evening. Currently the HH in a reserved lounge is twice or three times a cruise. Depending on the length of the cruise. IMO, it sucks that Celebrity allows PW to take over that venue no matter the time of day/evening!

I remember years ago we were walking in the SL for the evening CC HH and a couple in front of us were denied entrance (even though they walked by the sign that said "private event...") as they were not Elite or above. They had a hissy fit and said something to the effect, this is BS, because it's a public venue and shouldn't be reserved. So now the shoe is on the other foot, I can see where they were coming from.

I hope everyone that is currently on a cruise that this is happening and not happy with it is noting it on their Mid Cruise Survey and their Post Cruise Survey.

And just how do you know that!? 🙃

We'll be on the Edge in September. Hopefully PW is parking their crappy pictures in The Club or Eden. Maybe I'll suggest PW move to Camp At Sea. 😂

It's listed on the sheet you receive in your cabin from the CC with all your other perks/benefits and events.

Agree. Possibly some go to get a glass or two of the cheap sparkling wine PW pushes as champagne. 🥂

Another thing we like about Celebrity over Princess is when you first board the ship you can go directly to your cabin pick up your Seapass card and drop off your carry on(s). Celebrity request you don't linger in the cabin. Leave and wait for the general announcements are made that the cabins are ready. Celebrity uses Seapass cards not Medallion's. The Summit is an older ship (23 years old). The Summit was revolutionized (refurbished) in 2019. We like the Summit. The Summit (91,000 GT) is smaller than the Sapphire (116,000 GT).

What cruise line and ship? Will help with comparisons. For us no inside smoking, no matter the venue, fleetwide.

When I say 'burger, I talking beef. Medium, melted american cheese and sauteed onions. Topped off with A1 steak sauce.

They should but will they (the staff)? 🤔 Not my job (no matter the issue) to police others. Has nothing to do with being afraid. Possibly others feel the same(?). Possibly others might believe the staff won't say anything (?). But I can't speak for others.

My point is both programs are now growing because of the reciprocal program causing the same issues for the top three tier level events. That's correct RC has more enrolled but now the number of CC members enrolled just got bigger.
