    Was having trouble with the website earlier so ended up using Firefox and it started working. Only issue is when selecting things (such as WiFi package) the add to bag was greyed out. Had to click on one of the tiny dots next to a name for it to then allow you to select it. Hope this helps!

    As in if you ordered rum and coke (zacapa and coke) would the charge be $13 as per the first menu or do they charge you for coke too?

    We're sailing on 24th November, I believe the spa package was £82pp but the app isn't working right now... MDR is also included alongside the buffet. There is an indoor pool but I'm guessing it will be rather busy due to the weather. Re drinks, search out @maehara thread where all of the menus are posted. Pretty much all drinks are included on the package.

    I'm wondering if even though it may be "full" as in cabins taken, if there are less to a room as mainly adults sailing it will still have a large impact on the feel of the ship. Might also reduce overall capacity by 1k guests (depending on ship).

    My wife found the below on the social media platform that shall not be named... are you able to get these hot chocolates on Euribia anywhere and are they included in the Premium Drinks package? Apparently it's from deck 5 on Virtuosa.

    For some reason they are doubled up on ours, called guest relations and got great service. I'd give them a call personally.

    We booked Bella interior for our cruise out of Southampton on 24th Nov this year. Packages were available pretty much immediately on the MSC for Me app which was easy enough to set up. £65 for 2, £83 for 3.

    Same to you, most of the Xmas Markets should be started by then. Can't wait but a little apprehensive if it's at full capacity, hoping there will be less kids due to the date and as such lower numbers overall.

    Loved reading this thread @maehara and thank you for your time! Do you recall how much Hola was? It's priced at £18 for the specialty dining package which we think is pointless?

    I called MSC (service was really good) and they confirmed it was a glitch and they were in fact identical.

    Hi all, off on Euribia in November and we've been trying to work out the difference in the dining packages. Both for 2 meals and when we look at details it seems they're identical. Could anyone shed some light on the differences (if there are any). Thanks in advance!!
