  1. Man, I was hoping this was going to another hot button thread. The other two are getting a little old.
  2. If Mrs. IA happens to be gone on Halloween; I intentionally turn off every light in the house even though she buys plenty of candy bars. Guess who gets the leftovers. 😆
  3. Geez, dude. We're having a little fun here. Let your hair down a bit. And learn how to proof before hitting that submit button.
  4. Yikes. On this "long and lonesome highway" the DMV is in town twice a week. Walk in, take an eye test, take a picture, and you're out the door with new license in hand in about 20 minutes.
  5. Why would you want NCL to waste precious time sending an email stating the obvious? Just to make you feel better? I'd rather they hunker down (as they obviously are) and let me know when they have useful information.
  6. That is a scary thought, since every ship stops at a foreign port. Why would anyone take that risk?
  7. If I were one of the six, I would have much preferred to come back to an empty dock. Watching as the ship slowly pulled away had to be excruciating.
  8. I wouldn't need Real ID either, since I always carry my passport card with me. However, I will choose to get one. I don't want some newbie TSA agent in Des Moines telling me he needs to see my Real ID or I can't go through. Not worth the hassle for a few extra bucks.
  9. lol. Good luck with that. Your definitive statement is pointless. As proven by many posts above you.
  10. It's automatic pending investigation. I doubt it will be there long. I'm sure NCL gets this all the time, and has a staff fully dedicated to it.
  11. Pending investigation, I'm sure. I wouldn't be spending that money yet.
  12. This is so wrong I don't know where to begin. Same attitude, different day. You just refuse to accept responsibility for your mistake. Whatever.
  13. Having a choice would be nice, but I'm guessing with some dozen or so cruise lines looking for ports, they took the first, best port they could book.
  14. Man. I just can't win the last couple of days. Had no clue there was a difference. I need a cruise.
  15. Your "rebuttal" was so filled with errors that I just chose the first one. How could NCL possibly know all the potential passenger scenarios? Are you serious?
  16. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that is the least of their concerns right now.
  17. Ah! Completely forgot about the EDL. For some reason, I was thinking that was only necessary for domestic airline flights in 2025. Which is actually quite important, since I don't have one yet.
  18. You seem to be missing something somewhere. NCL hasn't made any decision regarding the OP. They just sent him an email. It's when he gets to the ship that NCL will make a decision. They are simply pointing out what that decision may be.
  19. Why am I thinking you need a passport (or passport card) to drive to Canada? Has something changed or have I always had it wrong?
  20. Well, except for the cost. Have you priced AI resorts lately? Yikes!
