Crown Cruiser

The cruise was won from Nascar's Trackhouse Racing in conjunction with Princess Cruises. My PVP could not take care of this - I had a specific person and phone number to call. I'm going to call and ask for a supervisor in the morning. This is definitely not right.

I won a 7 day Princess Cruise in an inside room. I booked a 7 day on Sky Princess, but upgraded to a club class mini suite. After many conversations with a PVP who didn't seem to know all that much (or maybe she is new), the booking was changed to a new booking number and I was told (also have it in text) what my new balance would be. That's all great, but the website still has the old amount due (without the deduction for the comp cruise). Also the PVP sent me a new confirmation through email - same price again. I questioned it and she told me that the lower amount was what I was responsible for and that Princess has to deal with figuring out the rest. ( yes, I also have this in writing). My concern is this: when I make final payment, it's going to look like I didn't pay the entire balance. Has anyone else gone through this? Am I over reacting? I don't want to get this girl in trouble but I sailed over 40 times with Princess and this doesn't seem right. Please help. Thanks.

I see that Royal Princess SF to Hawaii has 3 formal nights. Could anyone tell me which days are formal? I'm trying to make reservations for Crown Grill and Sabatini's and prefer not to book a specialty restaurant on those days. thanks in advance for any help.

Did the Royal Princess offer the super Tuscan dinner recently? We're sailing on her in March - loved the Super Tuscan in the past, but a lot of ships haven't offered it (due to lack of interest, they said). Would be exciting!

It is not too early, but you do need to use the app to make any dining reservations.

We stayed in the Owners suite Portside on Enchanted Princess and also heard no noice from the lounge. The suite is HUGE but the balcony is narrow in comparison to the aft suites on Baja. (suite is the normal size, but balcony is very big and half covered. It depends on which is more important to you but I'm sure you will enjoy either!

The 10% discount will show up in your folio on the ship. I do not know if you can take the discount back in cash.

Are you showing in the Green Lane? That is the only thing I can think of. I already booked reservations for an October and November cruise without final payment.
