I've noticed over since the new year 2024 RC been alternating OBC and $$ Off Banner. I'm waiting on the new release of itineraries starting weeks of Feb 12th and 19th. -

9 year Value Added Tax Free has been canceled March 2024. Any product or service provided to cruise guest by any business local or otherwise has the tax added. Hope this helps! -
That's not correct. There's an All included (Wi-FI & Drinks) option you can add onto your initial booking. The up charge is around $75 per day per person. As an Elite member, you'll have access to Limited Wi-FI and Drinks. Hope this helps!

Yes.... Both Royal Caribbean and Celebrity onboard booking in advanced are available. Here's the Book later form I've recently completed onboard RC Oasis of The Seas. Yep, Low onboard room deposits and similar Onboard Credit. Hope this helps! RCCL_Celebrity_book_inAdvance.pdf
