  1. I tested early due to the fact that I had gotten off the Vista on 5/7, even though I had been diagnosed with congestion from my Dr. on 4/28, (with 4 negative tests leading up to that), I felt worse than I had. Sunday 5/8 I took 2 home tests (different ones), and on Monday 5/9 went to Walgreens for a test. All 3 were Positive. I took another test at Walgreens on 5/12 to be within the 10 days cancellation period of 5/21. That's the only reason that I tested earlier than 5/18.
  2. I just had to cancel my 5/21 sailing on the Vista. I tested positive within 10 days of sailing. I called to cancel, and the FCC had to be applied to a cruise sailing within 12 months. I had 2 sailings booked for later this year, so I applied the FCC to those. My port fees/taxes, I was able to apply to a cruise in 10/2023. I was not refunded my Carnival insurance fee. I did email in my Positive test result. If I had thought about it, I would have called back and tried to get another agent, but I did not feel up to it. I had spoken with someone in Fun Shops, regarding cancelling my pre booked items, but she transferred me before I got confirmation of the cancellation. I am now checking my credit card account, looking for the refund.
  3. Does anyone know if there is someone at Carnival we are to notify if we test positive after the cruise? Thanks
  4. Native way is still in business. They made it thru the pandemic (barely). If you are looking for a great excursion, at a decent price, check them out. I have gone on over 20+ excursions with them in the last 15 years. Their website is nativewaywatersports.com. If for some reason, they can not accommodate you, they will recommend someone else. Thanks
