@Sunshine3601 how are you liking the Amish Paste. I decided to grow them again this year to make pizza sauce. I made some and the sauce is thick. Great taste. It has been very hot with very little rain. I have a squirrel that has been climbing the fence this week. It has eaten ten tomatoes already.

Each person in the room will get free internet on 1 device each. If someone uses 2 devices they still only need one package. I use a phone and an iPad. If I am on the phone I just sign off the phone and use the same account to sign in with the iPad. You are going to love the GS. A surprise to us the first time we were in a GS was the doorbell. Like OCSC said, if it was a Royal UP bid it's 2x the bid no matter how many are in the room. Are 1st was a Royal UP. The 2nd was an upgrade through guess service. Both cruises was back when we were still at about 50% capacity.

Saturday the whole family got together to celebrate my youngest DD 30th birthday. She is the one who is in her 32 week of pregnancy. The SIL cooked us a meal on their new Blackstone. Today was her actual birthday so the ones that live around town joined us for dinner. Sharon fixed Curry and Roti and used beef instead of chicken. While living in Fiji it became a family traditional meal. We topped it with Amish Paste tomatoes and chopped onions. Later we celebrated with a DQ icecream cake. Kenzie really liked it.

Since October we were twice moved from an OVB to a GS. You will love it. The only real downside is you can get spoiled. When we cruised this May we didn't win a bid and had to cruise in an OVB..... 😳 The large bathroom is a big plus. We also enjoyed the KC breakfast and lunch. Great view and service. From KC we were able to grab exta water to take with us at ports and cokes for the room.

There were many catholics where I grew up. Enough that even the public schools served fish on Friday.

I have a hard time not making a play on words. Many times I have thought of a witty or sarcastic response, type it out as I am laughing and then choice not to hit the submit button. I understand. What helped us is that we recorded it and fast forward to the challenges. Saves time watching it. We watch some talk when it is strategy talk.

Totally understand the frustration. Dealt with that the last 9 or more months with the deck. They took about 6 months to come back and fix the defective door they installed. I have learned to never pray for patience. Something like this can pop up to help me learn patience. 😌

I tried to post a nice explanation and cc deleted it when I hit submit. 😠 Short version. It is a White Balance. It let's you adjust color temperature before taking the pic. Example. Indoor lighting is sometimes low kelvin# like 2000k-3000k which gives a warm candlelight hue giving a yellowish glow. To get rid of the yellow before the pic use the WB. I never use it. If the lighting messes it up you can usually fix it after the pic is taken. A good example of color temperature is that nice warm look you get at sunsets. I am copying this incase it's deleted again 🙂

Once you select Pro the options pop up as in section 1. To use ISO, SPEED, EV just tap on the one you want to adjust. Below I have ISO selected. Now to adjust go to 2. and slide your finger in the space next to Auto were you see vertical lines. If you feel stuck hit the < button, 3, and it will take you back a step. I would suggest trying out the EV. It will adjust exposure.

Thanks. The wind was not blowing much but it moved the flag just enough. I love getting something in the pick when taking sky picks like sunsets etc. Usually silhouettes of objects. Nice to have the flag when that is what the fireworks are all about. Tonight am still hearing fireworks.

I love sauteed onions. When cooking they always work better when salted. I like them thin too. I will have to try your way.

I love the way the flag is lit. Last night it was like 3 Grand finales.. Like OB said yesterday, the way you can feel them when they explode is nice.

I have been waiting for the Jimmy Nardello peppers to turn red but couldn't wait any longer. Picked my 1st one which is about 7" long and not totally red. Also pick my 1st Bell pepper of the season. We have picked several Jalapenos already. Had to make a bacon and tomato sandwich!

I started off using pro mode which worked good when shooting single pops but when several were launched the exposure would not adjust so I switched to photo mode. I had to adjust exposure and contrast in post processing. I liked that the flag was in front of us. About an hour before we went, a front moved through and cooled it off. When we watched the weather last night our town was the coolest by at least 5⁰ and more. It rained but so light I counted about 48 drops on the back deck. 😆
