  1. That is exactly the point I was trying to make! If it is one or the other, stay in the city and see the sights which are more convenient and interesting. Take the excursion money and use it for the Maritime Museum and buy some local brews while sitting beside the harbour.
  2. I believe that you will be in my hometown, Halifax, on Sunday. Hopefully you are aware that there is far more to it than Peggy's Cove which for some reason is used as the "icon" for tourists. Spending the day exploring the 3km long Harbourwalk right next to the pier or taking a tour of the historic downtown will interest most people far more than over-paying to spend a couple of hours on a bus to see Peggy's Cove. If you have time to do both or are a big lighthouse/fishing village fan go for it all or come back again! The Maritime Museum along the way on the Waterfront includes exhibits of both the Titanic and Halifax Explosion. Lots of food places, bars, shops and of course boats and boat tours. One cheap way to see the lay of the land is from the ferry which is about 10 minutes back and forth across the harbour. https://www.novascotia.com/trip-ideas/stories/halifax-waterfront-day https://www.your-nova-scotia-holiday.com/halifax-harbourfront.html I look forward to this same Joyful cruise when our woke federal government drops all the testing hoops we have to jump through to cross the border. My apologies on behalf of the majority of Canadians who do not support these protocols.
  3. I received an email a few months ago from my provider saying that due to 5G changes in the US, that my android model would not function across the border for making calls. Has anybody experienced this issue? Most important will it still work for data and internal messaging on NCL's wi-fi. Anyone?
