  1. We don't get the package because we are not drinkers so not worth it to us. The cost is a lot more then the basic fare. So by looking at what they charged you originally couldn't you tell what they billed you for? Basic or the package.
  2. At one point in time didn't they close the laundry rooms while cruising in Alaska. Kind of remember a thread about that.
  3. I see the line but it has a charge of $14.56. No credit listed. Our last printed statements had over $100 in refundable credit.
  4. Just got back from a cruise and received the statement balance by email. The statement does not show the refundable credit. Is this normal? Thanks
  5. What bothers me is they charge you full price, or Elite pricing, knowing it's crap and only if you complain will they offer some sort of refund. Can't tell you how many people were upset about the service. Don't offer it to those locations or cut down the pricing with a disclaimer up front. LOL
  6. just off the Sapphire and the internet was horrible. They refunded us $100.

  9. Princess can offer 3 tours, morning, noon, and afternoon and the earlier can be cheaper than the later tours. I have never seen the tour prices go down. But they certainly will go up as the cruise date gets closer. They do sell out so I would book if you find something you like. I also think once on board the prices for any tours still available are also higher.

  11. I believe this cruise is one of the Enhanced Voyages that require testing before leaving.
  12. Thank you for the picture. With so many cabins on the ship just because someones cabin has a great mattress doesn't mean there cant be a cabin or two that have a worn out mattress.
  13. Gloria I doubt you will have any issues. If its not resolved by boarding they have a specal line at the Customer Service desk, or they use to, that handles all suite issues. We have used them and they resolved all our issues. You can also call them from your stateroom.

  16. I know nothing about getting my hair colored but a friend had a color and style, many years ago and her hair got fried from the color job. Might be best to have your color done before you leave as mentioned above.
  17. I'm going to guess that as long as us older generation is around or they make bigger screens on IPhones the Paper Patter willl be around for a long time to come. It really is a hassle to read on the phone and many of us don't really like carrying the phones around. That's us, the older generation. LOL Ok exceptions to every rule. And god bless them.

  19. I'm fine with Princess catering to the younger generation. If that brings in more revenue for Princess and helps to keep prices where they are due to their spending more Its good for me who doesn't spend much. I just want to keep crusing . LOL

  21. What happens to any discount or OBC given by the travel agent if the booking is taken away from them?
  22. Just a word of caution. If the rooms are available to you to drop off your carryon but the Steward is still working on the rooms, the Steward may or may not keep the doors propped open till he or she is done.

  24. When we were there they did not let us off near downtown. I remember a pier and about a 10 to 15 minutes walk along the water to get to Cannery Row and the Aquarium.
