  2. Mine was missing the pay line too. I paid everything at time of booking. I called them, and they pushed my docs through the email.
  3. When we went a few months ago, it was really a long wait for drop off than parking. The carts were out for both your right and left, maybe not enough workers OR it was taking longer to pay and park, or just people ignoring their assigned times. I really don't have the answer, but once we parked, the line wasn't bad. I had a couple minor complaints about food/service with the seafood at the buffet, but everything else was okay for me. I do agree, either I'm cruising too much or the menu needs updating, lol.
  4. New to MSC and Ocean Cay. I rented the cheapest cabana for my cruise next month. Now I'm seeing posts about small sharks, jellyfish, itching, etc on the South Beach side. I have no idea where my cabana will be, if I'll be effected or be on a better side. If anybody has more info for me, it would be much appreciated as now I'm wondering if I made the right choice. I haven't run into this on Half Moon or Coco Cay or maybe I have and just didn't know it, lol.
  5. Yeah that seemed a bit strange to me. First time sailing on this line. People were saying those prices on that page was it, gratuities/service included in all those prices. That seemed odd since you have to add that on Royal, Carnival & NCL.
  6. I've been pricing them out. I noticed on the Easy package, it says that a 15% service will be added at the end of the details, but it doesn't say that on the Easy Plus and up. If that's the case, you'd be better off getting the plus package if I'm understanding that right.
  7. Yeah Carnival is few and far between. I last had one in 2018 and haven't seen one since. Royal is a real pain, you really have to stalk MV when the good ones come out. With us coming out of this covid crap, anything is possible.
  8. It's fixed now. I never did % off on any of them, I can usually do better than that on my own (maybe). Only the freebies for me. There's no rhyme or reason when they come out and who is releasing them to MV. It depends on their marketing/casino what they have available. It's a big guessing game for the rest of us. They keep changing the limit with new releases. I know you could grab a few at one time as long as they were different dates, I never tried it though.
  9. Nice, so glad they fixed it. The morning after they fixed it, and it worked as you said. I'm the same way, got 2 free for Carnival and one for Royal in the past.
  10. Not the case with the free offer this time around, terms and conditions were read and reread. Not my first rodeo with MV freebies. Casino sent you to sales, sales tells you it's Casinos's responsibility. They take your phone number and tell you Casino will call back. Casino than says, forward the email with needed info to book cruise. That goes ignored. A few people called the main booking number and they had no problem doing it. I called the next morning on main number and the guy was more than happy to help. He asked my name, what my offer was, what cabin and all the important stuff. Than at the end, he asked for my code and boom, I'm done. He did say, they had a big meeting/conversation the night before explaining to the workers how it was to be done this time. So must have a change and than no communication. Still a few hitches, people are still having trouble, but I'm sure that will end as more and more of the workers realize what needs to be done.
  11. So many people were having problems. What finallly worked for me this morning was to call the main number, select 2 for non member, skip the 6 options and wait for somebody to help. Took only a couple minutes. The man said, they were briefed last night on to the problem with this reward and the confusion. I have the same date/ship. First time on this line.
  12. oops, I didn't realize you didn't call yet. When you do, could you please let me know the process. Alot of us on the MV groups are hitting brick walls trying to book with our codes.
  13. I've had all these points stored precovid, finally getting to spend them. This will be my first time on this line.
  14. It was on nbcny on tv this afternoon and on their website. It started in a dance club with 2 and increased to up to 60 people from what they are saying. Nothing mentioned about arrests.
