Oh wonder why we did not receive confirmation.

Thank you for replies. They must do it slightly different from Celebrity/RCI who email guests once 25 have signed up.

I am on the 4 June Journey voyage and we have more than the minimum of 25 required for an official M&M event. I have not yet had a confirmation from Azamara. Usually on Celebrity we get an email as soon as the number has been reached.

We are on the rearranged 4 June 2016 which is now out of Athens instead of Istanbul. Azamara gave everyone up to £350 to change hotels/flights. This was more than sufficient for us and we are happy with the new cruise. We also got a small OBC. It is hard to know what to do at this stage, but if you go ahead and make arrangements, I am sure Azamara will do something similar if they make changes. What about booking flights with Azamara? Is this an option for you?

I do not think it is possible to make everyone happy on this subject. The inclusive spirt list is very inclusive and we pay for that up front. If we want more inclusions WE ALL will pay for that. Personally, I feel no ill will against the policy even if I have to pay for (horrors) my occasional glass of port. Even with such a treat, my bar bill is minimal compared with other cruises. My glass is "half-full" :D

I hope my glass is completely full!!

I'm hearing the office will review all this with the onboard staff, to see where the discrepancy is. Thanks for pointing it out for us Frank.

Thanks Bonnie. I am an Azamara newbie and don't want to embarrass myself on-board by insisting on something that is not included. I have printed the list of complimentary drinks from the website, and it is very inclusive. Just hope its the same on the ship!!

Azamara newbie! 4th June on Journey. I was not planning on upgrading to a drinks package as the comp list looks good enough. Surely, Azamara would have to provide everything on the list on their own website! Could understand if they genuinely ran out of something, but surely a suitable alternative would be provided.

Athens to Rome 12 nights. Normally cruise on Celebrity S Class so this is a real change for us. Was so excited to see all your photos. Can't wait now!

First Azamara cruise in June. Can't wait!

Celebrity Eclipse is my favourite ship. The Aquaclass is wonderful. Have sailed in room 1503 so many times that it feels like going home! Going on my first Azamara Journey cruise in June, and it may well become my favourite after all I have read here. Thank you so much for all your information and views. Cant wait! You're bound to enjoy Eclipse too! Just love the Ice Bar!

I have another query! I really only drink wine, apart from the occasional G&T, but cannot stand Chardonnay!! If the white of the day happens to be a Chardonnay, is there no alternative at all? Is there even cava/prosecco available?

I apologise if this has been addressed before, but I am a newbie to Azamara (total Celebrity S-Class junkie!). We are booked on the Journey 4th June Athens to Rome in a veranda stateroom.

My TA tells me that Azamara is "all-inclusive". I know that there are also premium packages, but I think we will be happy with what is included, as long as there is decent wine available, G&T and the odd cocktail.

What I am unsure about is whether water and speciality teas/coffees (Mosaic Café) are included too. It would seem odd to offer unlimited alcohol, yet charge for water, tea and coffee.

I hope somebody can clarify this for me please.

We are also on the 4th June which has been changed from Istanbul to Athens. We left everything in the hands of our wonderful TA and she has sorted out new BA flights to Athens and a lovely 5* hotel for 2 nights pre-cruise in an upgraded room, all within the compensation allowances from Azamara. These things happen in travel, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We also had the choice of cancelling with a full refund or switching to another Azamara cruise. What more can they do?

Have an amazing cruise. I am so excited to follow this thread as my husband and I are on our first ever Azamara cruise on 4th June on Journey. We have had many many happy years cruising on the Celebrity S Class ships, which are our favourite, but now want to try something different.

June 4th 2016 Istanbul to Rome on Journey is now out of Athens. My TA says that letters are going out today. Will cause chaos! Will have to rearrange flights and hotel already booked for Istanbul!

Really really looking forward to our first Azamara experience. My TA has been trying to persuade me for ages, but I just love the Celebrity S Class ships. Finally taking the plunge. Just hope it won't be too quiet for us. We are late night people!

Sorry for asking a basic question, but being new to Azamara, what is the White Night everyone is talking about? We have cruised many times with Celebrity/RCI/Cunard but going on our first Azamara Journey cruise in June 2016. Is it a deck party? Does everyone wear white?
