Also includes a two hour ride both ways from port. It will be a long day, hot, and packed. A lot of walking tour the sites, though few steps to climb. Not for anyone who has mobility issues.

Enjoy you journey to Siem Reap. The "new " night market is a wonderful
place to shop. We took back two full cases from it. HoiAn is one of
our most favourite places along with Cambodia.
-
It is chartered for groups from China, as it has been for the past two years
during this period.

Thanking you for the wonderful blog. We enjoyed your journey to the South Pacific and your current one in the Caribbean. Wishing you a great summer with your family. Do hope that you soon will be feeling better.

The fruit you were not sure of in Jakarta was what we call dragon fruit.
or hybcerus undatus, it is consider a super fruit and you can find it in most
places in North America now, though the fruit there comes from Costa Rica.

We have friends that travel on other cruise lines and they are always
talking about their cruise lines loyalty levels. When you top out, they have
a secret, or less mentioned level that get one more perts it seems.
We are wondering if Princess does the same?

There is a ferry with regular service to Portofino. From there you can take
a local bus to the other two cities. Bus stop on road above the church. Easy to
do and take the train back, makes a nice day.

We did it on a t/a with stops in Iceland, had a wonderful lectures and yes,
we did get two nights of northern lights, a highlight for many on the ship.
Great. Hope that they do more with this feature.

Really enjoying this blog on the world tour. Love the information given out, which we will save for our travels. Thanks for the effort.

THANKS so much for your reply.

Does anyone know where a market is in Cartagena? We want to get some wine. We know that Corte de ingles carries many types that we enjoy.
We are willing to take a bus to get to an area, where we can shop. Thanking you for help.

It is interesting that most of the people on board RCCL ship were
upbeat, even in the most frightening set of events.

Congratulations on your Broncos win. Know that you must
have enjoyed the game. Love your blog.

Thanks, we did get a private service. Again, to everyone, thanks.

Please help, we need a good reliable transport from port to the
airport FCO for two. We need to be at the airport by 09:00 for our
flight. Thank you.

We have stayed there several times. Don't know if they still have it or not, but
used to have a shuttle to STPeter's area, and downtown area during the day.
You can email and check if they still do. Also they sold bus tickets. Bus stop right outside the gate. There is a market up the ill on they main street, had a lot of interesting items, also some good cafes around this area, near a metro station.

It really must depend on the ship. I have had 50 + cruises, 500+ days and
nada. Nothing was made of any of this. After reading these boards, I thought
surely something would happen. Again, it must depend on the ship.

A taxi to the Yokohoma train station would cost you about 10 usd depending
on the time of day traffic. Princess does have transfers to nrt and hd airports but I am not sure of the cost. A taxi to either airport or downtown Tokyo would
be very expensive. Enjoy your trip to Japan.

The library is small, and very limited. I would suggest that you load up your kindle , or
bring paperback books. We used to use paperback books and leave then on
the ship, as they had a book exchange set up. Haven't seen one lately though.

Thanks for the report and the awesome pictures. Thanks again, for all the time
you spend so we can travel along with you.

Load up your kindle.

The breakfast was a waste of time. It didn't live up to what we expected. We eat light for breakfast, berries and yogurt. The berries were in pre made small dishes. The coffee machine was broken so no specialty coffees.
The extended room service was great.
Get your steward to give the menus the night before. We loved eating out on the large deck and found room service food to be hot. Dinning room should call you up and asked where and when you wish to eat. Usually, you get a table window in the back on the ship. The nightly strawberries were lovely as was the extra large wonderful bowl of fruit. Be sure you go early first day to the spa area to get the sticker on your card. That is a nice perk. Enjoy the suite life.

Last year it went to the Marriott Hotel, next door to the jewelry store.
Hope this helps.
