You are too kind! thanks again! Think we're staying Portside (as usual)

Thanks again ~ So, after all is said and done, do you think to see the "dock area" and the "town" in the distance (great for sunset pix), we should take a chance and stick to our portside cabin? So many questions, I sorry :-)

Thank you very much for your quick reply. Sounds like we'll stick to our Portside cabin...I'm sure it will be fine. Thanks for all the other answers as well. You are most kind.

Good day, You seem so knowledgeable so I was wondering if either of you know anything about BD Cabin Baja 704 (Portside) or 705 (starboard). We booked a port side and was wonderful for a Carib. cruise with only 3 ports (rest are sea days) which might be better.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Safe sails.

Good day cruisers,
I'm sure I may have seen this somewhere on the boards, but can't find it. We will be on the Regal 10-24-15 Repo from NY to FL...Our ports are St. Thomas, Antigua/Barbuda and Aruba. We were wondering if anyone who has very recently sailed on the Regal, if there is a better side for a cabin? We are presently in a BD Cabin Port Side on the Baja Deck. Should we change cabins and what views would we see from port or starboard side?
Not related, and please, no flaming. Exactly where is smoking permitted outdoors?(and indoors, other than the Casino). Maybe part of a bar or cigar room? DH needs to know so he's not running around the ship (He ain't no youngster LOL). Thank you kindly
Lastly, for a regular cabin, what is the exact daily gratutity that goes on the sea pass card.
Thank you so much in advance for you help.
Safe sails to you always.

In most cases, on most Ports, it's 30 minutes before ship departs. We always give ourselves a few extra minutes....I've seen people from my balcony running like crazy at the 11th hour....

Hi Yvonne,
I was wondering if I could just 'rub' or massage the gel or oil into my legs/ankles a couple of times a day (even day before we leave)? Do you think that would work without a brush. How about a dry shower soft buff puff? Thanks ever so much.

Thanks for showing the EZ Form. This is exactly what I was referring to. I didn't know they changed the name...So happy :-) We will have the opportunity to have lunch with a family member for a few hours without having to drag the bags with us....We'll grab a cab to FL airport with our 2 small pieces, they will pick us up there....Way to go...Thanks SO MUCH!
Safe sails.

you would NOT pay for a 'checked bag fee" if you do not have to pay for your checked bags. There might be a form or show proof of no baggage fee on your flight confirmation. Make a copy and provide with the form for the bags program. should be no problem.
-
Sorry, wrong info re International. Was not referring to DHL, but a different BAGS program.
-
I believe you are referring to the Valet program that ships your luggage directly to the ship from your home. I believe the one I am referring to is BAGS not Valet. Please see my response above.
Thanks anyway.
-
Thanks, but this is not the BAGS program I was referring to. This is for "Valet" services. I am referring to the program that when you leave your luggage out the night before debarking, the next time you see it is in your home airport. They also print boarding passes for you. The charge for same goes on your sea pass card and if luggage charges need to be paid, that also goes on the card.Flights must be after 1:00 pm I believe.
Thanks anyway.

I do not believe it can only be used in the USA not international.

Hi all, We will be on a repo cruise (NYC - FL. on the Regal Princess. Has anyone recently used the BAGS program on Princess from Florida to Newark? If so, what was the cost p/p?
We used them several years ago and it was great!
If anyone has current information and first hand knowledge about this, would you please reply here.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Safe sails always!

Thanks anyway. I don't drink soda...Water, ice tea (no sugar added) will be just fine.

Hi, does anyone know about Balcony B704 on the Regal Princess? With so much out there, I don't know where to begin. It looks fine to us...Not far from aft elevator. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Much obliged. Safe sails to you all.
-
Hi, would you know if they have sugar free, flavored water in the Buffet or any other area on the Regal Princess?
Thanks in advance.
-
I believe with the UDP, there is an 18% upfront fee with booking or before final. So much for free.
-
Princess currently has a Drink Pkg or OBC promo on many cruises after May 2016 .
Hi, we were going to book Regal Princess rep for Oct 24 (NY to FL), but decided to wait. Glad we did. We booked it in July, got $200 OBC for a Balcony + my DH got a $100 Military credit, plus another $50 we had from our last Princess. Total: $350 OBC. so glad we waited. After that sale ended July 8, price went up for our Balcony $200 more.
Timing IS everything :-)
Safe sails!

thanks. My skin is very thin and bruises easily. I don't want to walk around with red patches like I was in a "battle". Yes, battle of the swollen legs, but everyone doesn't have to see it. I will buy the oil or gel and pray for the best. Maybe even compression socks for the flight home. Appreciate your reply.
-
Thanks, Princess needs to catch up to the other cruise lines. Just show up, scan the card, listen, learn and leave.

Does anyone on here know if they still require life jackets for muster on the Regal Princess? Thanks.
