Thank you very much. I’m in a studio on the Breakaway. Since I’m in the lowest category perhaps if I get an offer I might have a chance. If that happens I may be back for some questions. I always do as you mentioned to check the current price of staterooms. You have been most helpful to a newbie on NCL. Much Appreciated. Tom😀

Thanks for the information. It appears that NCL doesn’t contact everyone. How is it determined if eligible? OK I understand you can only bid on what’s offered. Is their a minimum & maximum bid? Guess you have to decide whether you want a low bid or a high. Do I loose any of the current benefits that I have? I'm aware that a solo pays double? Thanks again for explaining the bidding process. A suggestion…Don’t have everyone put their $ one x one as the machine may time out. I have people put $ into the machine when it’s their turn. I’ve enclosed a flyer that I use. I was traveling on the Miracle solo & in the MDR I requested that I wanted a share table or I would leave. I was assigned a share table which I enjoyed with the people & wait staff each night. After eating alone for breakfast, using the app the first day, I learned you have to ask. Tom😀

Do a mock booking & look at each category & count how many staterooms are available.

If you look at the Medallion App you can see if it’s been ordered. You will find it here. If you’re still not sure I would use the chat feature & ask. You can always get one at the pier. Tom😀

You’ll always find me in the MDR as soon as they open, 12 noon. Love the table service & relaxing with a drink. Remember if you ask most staff they will direct you to the buffet. Tom

FYI….If your on a cruise in the UK or Europe it’s common to see a kettle in a stateroom as it’s their custom there & cruise ships commonly have one. Tom😀
