Submitted mine via email yesterday (1-03-23) and had the credit on my account this morning. Fastest it's ever been. Have a March cruise on Emerald Princess.

Used the service out of Fort Lauderdale a few times, never had a problem. Very convenient not having to search for your luggage.

Thanks for the suggestions. Contacted the land tour director who stated he would contact Princess to find out what's happening. Hopefully he has better luck than I did.

Wondering if anyone has the phone number for the Princess Destination Services Department. Had a hotel change on our recent Maple Leaf land tour and received a letter before we disembarked that we would receive a shipboard credit for the inconvenience, which we never received. Have no further information from Princess on this matter, so it's time to call. Tried chat on Princess wellsite but no response. Any help would be appreciated.

Will be in Quebec on a Princess Cruise this September. Looking for any suggestions on a walking tour that is close to where the ship docks. Also wondering how close the dock is to many of the sights in Quebec.

Will be on Princess cruise from New York to Quebec this September. Looking for any suggestions or recommendations for a lobster dinner or lunch in any of the ports that we will visit on this cruise. Have done this cruise before but never had the dinner experience. Mike

Flying into Vancouver May 28 from the US. Downloaded the app, scanned the passport and covid vaccine card for myself and spouse. Wondering if my wife also needs the app or if just using the app I completed with all our information is okay. I think all l have left to complete is the arrival date into Canada.
