Hi, I heard that there's uke classes on board Disco atm. Anyone know if there'll be any on Adventure from the 9th?

First time HAL cruiser. Gratuities aren't included with HIA in our December cruise. Just wondered why. Linda

Theory, as a cruiser with allergies, so they are aware accordingly.

Here's another Christmas related question. Lunch / dinner on December 25th..... in the UK the traditional meal is turkey or other bird/poultry, stuffing, loads of root vegetables etc.... followed by a heavyish pudding which may or may not be boozy! How does that compare to an American festive meal?

Booked Pinnacle yesterday for December 16th cruise! Just came across the page obsessively scrolling through the app! Christmas trees however not bookable yet! 😀

Just had a look at my December cruise. There's one specialty restaurant available to book now. Am assuming that ticking the box that says 'complimentary' will lead to a zero charge. Just waiting on OH for a date! Linda

I had the most amazing craft classes on SoA. Loved every minute, notwithstanding spearing my finger with a felting needle 🤦‍♀️. Wonderful hosts.

Hi @rita42 There was definitely sequence dancing when I was on board. It looked great fun! The art classes will be dependent on their activities coordinator and the craft classes offered. I'm not sure if you can ascertain what will be on offer pre cruise. I'm sure you'll have a super time!

@BestGuessed Yes! I love live music and dancing. Sadly my travel companion doesn't. Purple Turtle nightly has a band and the Observatory has the addition of a dance floor 😃

Hi. 1. This was a long cruise; most non formal nights were smart suggested dress. First night was casual and maybe one or two others. 2. Dining room food was good. Soups were excellent as were most starters. Main courses were variable, needed seasoning. My friend enjoyed the beef. I tend to stick to fish, vegetarian and poultry. 3. Excursions were available around 6 weeks pre cruise. The ones we took were mostly excellent; we felt we got value for money. Hope this helps.

Thanks 😊 We missed much due to the weather shutting ports. I have to visit Montréal and revisit Québec. And more of Canada. Just loved the 'feel' of the country.

I'm home. Still messing up posting ukulele performance but this time with excellent wifi. Disembarking was a disaster. Many disembarked out of turn blocking access for others. This is the queue for trolleys. We were the 2nd deck to disembark......

Deck 14 current status. Waiting for port authority clearance to start disembarkation process.

Winding the clock back 24 hours. We said a very sad farewell to Pam and Steve. They really made this cruise for me. Another HUGE plus was the amazing Company of Players. Last night was a musical theatre extravaganza finishing with Lion King. Superb. Captain Egil welcomed a selection of officers, crew and staff to the stage to bid us adieu. The draw for the navigational chart was made. Saddest cruise pic is always luggage lined up outside cabins 😢
