I personally would prefer Renaissance due to location. Good area about 12 min to Plaza Catalunia. About 5 min to Passeig de Gracia (major shopping street). Famous Gaudi buildings in 5 min walk. Also seems to be highly rated.

Neither one is very central. If metro is used to move around I'd choose cheaper one. Four points is closer to the beach but not on it

Here an useful link, there is public info option. Also tours need to be prebooked for specific time

Off topic but we ate in La Polpa and Baltazar (both Andilana restaurants), both excellent. Well managed businesses and good food. Here is a list of their properties http://www.grupandilana.com/en/restaurantes/

My estimate will be 12-15€. Also on the way back there may not be any taxis waiting
and if that's the case will be more as taxi charge for distance and time to get to pickup. Uber may work in Valencia (getting conflicting info as it always changes), they should be 9-11€

Paste "restaurants near las ramblas" in Google maps. Pick your choice based on reviews or preference. Too many to choose from

In Seville major attractions don't really require any tours. Alcazar gets line ups but then online ticket for 1€ extra solves that problem. Cathedral doesn't have any lineups. Plaza Espana and Maria Luisa park can be visited on your own. Lots of good restaurants for dinner and lunch and quite reasonably priced. But there are lots of "free" tours that are good and expect donations.
For out of town trips Carmona is an easy one, bus M104 from San Bernardo station. Stops with green signs on the left if facing station. Both Ronda and Cadiz are approximately 2 hrs away, reachable by bus (PRADO SS station). Cadiz and Jerez (horse show but not every day) can reached by bus or train. There is also day tour to white villages (Pueblos Blanco's) that include Ronda.
Also can recommend Gourmet experience in El Corte Ingles Duque. Located on the 5th floor, has large balcony with great views of the city. And food not bad either especially in Italian section.

Viva Viagem is a fare card costing 50c that allows either loading individual fares or 24hr fare 6.30€ (good on buses, trams, metro and elevators). More expensive fare allows to use ferries to Almada. Zapping (3€ min load) provide small discount compared to single fare. Same cards can be used for rail trips to Cascais, Belem and Sintra but not a part of 24 hr fare. Bus and tram drivers take cash (I think fare close to 2€)
People staying in the center (around Rossio, Restaradores, Placa Figeroa) can reach most of attractions on foot.
Also Uber works very well in Lisbon and cheaper compared to US and Canada even with gas costing double. The only suggestion is to be near identifiable address or place) make sure it matches one on Uber app) and not on street corner as GPS is slightly wrong. We used it 3 times and for reference sake 15 min ride was under 5€. Clean and new cars in all cases.

I checked SNCF, ticket on that day is 69€ as cheap ones are sold out. Presently Vueling fare with luggage is 50€. Also it's to Orly which is closer to city centre than CDG. About 30-40 min on bus 8€ which goes to left bank (Denfert-Rochereau Metro). I don't see why 9:25 can't be done unless ship is late. Taxi ride is under 30 min, just make sure not to leave luggage for pickup and take it yourself.

Vueling is a good airline and code share with Iberia. Buy on their website, has more ticket options especially around luggage. I would agree with previous poster that high speed train is a good option and certainly not that rushed. It may be extra 2 hrs at most. Train trip from GDG to center of Paris is close to 1 hr or more with luggage pick up.
If you buy train tickets from SNCF as soon as they go on sale (about 120 days) can be as cheap as 39€.

Some trains from Cadiz go directlty to San BERNARDO. When looking at Renfe site choose San BERNARDO as destination. 9:40am train does. T1 tram is from San BERNARDO to Alcazar, get off when your see SEVILLA cathedral and lots of horse carriages on your right. Otherwise 20 min walk. Alcazar entrance one block from there.

Barcelona is a safe city. As far as close to port is not that important as more likely taxi is will be used to get there so taxi fare will be couple of € higher. Look at Axel, it's a 4* hotel in 150€ ballpark located in L'eixample area near Gaudi buildings, may be 10 min walk to Plaza Catalunia.

I think I replied already regarding bus logistics. As far as train goes it doesn't matter whether ticket is purchased online, from vending machine or cashier. There is no discount for regional train. Present price is 25.85€ for RT. Online saves time. No one asks for doc # ( but it's needed to buy online) my understanding it's a requirement to dispute duplicate seats which is not applicable to regional train.
The bigger issue is planning time in SEVILLA. Alcazar visit takes at least 1.5 hrs plus getting there and waiting. Online ticket is better (for extra 1€) but they are timed. Getting there from Santa Justa is faster by taxi, can be walked from San BERNARDO in 15-20 min. Also big electric tram T1 (1.40€) goes there from San BERNARDO.

Pasha is a big club but it's on the water front in Barcelonetta not too far from Ramblas. Check website for program and prices.

Bus is Comes, takes 1 hr 45 min http://www.tgcomes.es/horarios_13.htm
Cadiz bus station (bunch of stops) is couple of minutes closer than train station from dock. 10-15 min should do it.
Last week I was in SEVILLA and price for Comes bus was 18€ rt or 14 ow. Actually stop in SEVILLA is PRADO SS (San Sebastian) which is in walking distance to Alcazar, Cathedral and Plaza Espana. Main train station Santa Justa is further away. Also most trains go to San Bernardo station which is closer to center (about 5 blocks from PRADO on same street).
For Alcazar I suggest buying online ticket for 1€ more (reg price is 11.50€ now). Saves tons of time as line up may be up to 1 hr. Cathedral doesn't matter.

Castro is more a beach town. I'd spend day in Bilbao (take metro from Getxo) or go to San Sebastian if never been there.

Black Lab in Barcelonetta makes their own beer. https://www.blacklab.es/en Also bar Centro http://barcentrobcn.es
But IMHO craft scene in Barcelona is not on the level of beer nation like Belgium which 100s to choose.
