We had 12058A last cruise on SL....Got changed to 12058Z on VL. Does anyone know if the bed by balcony formation is the same?

Wondering if Scarlet night will be the night before our one sea day on our 7 night cruise from San Juan to Southern Caribbean.

If I hit the discover tab on bottom of app and then Event Line-up, it says, "Ready, set.... Pop back in 120 days when onboard activities will be available for booking". Wondering if VV's policy about booking events and spas when we get onboard changed. Has anyone heard anything about this?

Happy to be able to see on app this morning that everything went through to VL sailing for that same date. However, I had to sign in and out numerous times since I kept getting thrown out of the app. Also, if this helps anyone.....When I went to enter my return flight info, the airline's name was not available in the search. However, I was able to scroll through all the airlines and find mine (Jet Blue). The airline names within a letter (in our case the letter "J") were not alphabetical.

I read info from VV chats that the port we will use to depart in San Juan is Port 4 not Pan American. However, there still are many people saying they were told Pan American. Really would like to know.

Couple of questions .... Forgive me if I'm sounding crazy....Dealing with a few cabins/family. Should we expect a call for email from VV directly or our TA if we are currently on the BL San Juan departures? I have a call into her, but know she probably has a huge headache today and don't know how quickly she'll be able to respond. Wondering if we will be switched to the same or similar location cabins on VL that we have already booked on BL? Would we have priority over people who were cancelled on VL and want to rebook for the San Juan trips. Do you think we will be offered any extra perks for having to cruise on the VL from San Juan instead of the new BL??

Wondering what time the VV 9/7 announcement may hit today. Has anyone received anything?

Tomorrow is the day....Wonder if they will notify TA's today? I'm thinking TA's will have lots of work tomorrow if any substantial changes are announced.

We sailed in June 2022 and are scheduled to sail on Brilliant Lady 2/24. When I filled in the information after booking our first cruise, I was able to type in both mine and my husband's passport information, etc. when I first signed up at the VV app and online. However, for the BL cruise I can put in his basic profile info, but not passport info, emergency contact, photo, etc. I'm thinking this may be due to the BL not working yet. Has anyone experienced this problem? My TA told me it isn't important and that I could do it at boarding, but I'd rather have everything in order before then.

So is the rumor that the VL will start sailing from San Juan for the end of 2023 through first quarter 2024 cruises? If that's the case, I do feel sorry for the people who booked VL from Miami, especially over the holidays.

The Guest shall have a right to a full refund of the Cruise Fare if the Cruise is canceled in full, or a pro-rated partial refund if the Cruise is terminated early If VV cancelled a cruise happens and we're paid in full, would we be able to transfer all the sailor's loot, bar tab and $300 off cost of cruise from onboard promo we bought on board in addition to money paid to a new VV cruise?

We are on that cruise also. Never cruised out of San Juan before, but have been to the other ports except Guadeloupe. Really hope we hear something soon.

Six of us decided to book Splash of Romance packages for our Brilliant Lady cruise, mainly for early access & thermal spa passes. Can one couple with SOR go to spa on embarkation day to book times for all? I'm thinking one couple can book shows for all upon embarkation and another the thermal spa times. Can times be easily changed? If so, must we visit spa or can this be done through Sailor Services? Is sailaway for SOR better than regular sailaway party? I understand the place for it changes, correct? Can SOR be cancelled and rembursement made? (We already paid thru TA for this)

On a 7 night cruise can one eat at Test Kitchen twice? Do you happen to know if they vary Menus A & B if you can? I'm bowing out of this. (I tried this....not my thing at all), but thankfully some of the others in my group can eat there with my husband Tom who loved it. When can excursion reservations be made? Must we wait until VV gets the Brilliant Lady cruises working in the app and on their website? I understand loot cannot be used for these and they will be billed to our cc immediately.

Started researching excursions in our multi-port cruise in Feb. I've been to the other islands, but never to Guadaloupe. Has anyone been? Read it could be a bit sketchy, moreso than other islands. Wondering if this should be a stay on the ship day.

Same here. We had a wonderful time with Spencers years ago and are debating on doing this again. I wrote them and found there were no longer chairs on the beach and am wondering how uncomfortable it will be sitting on towels for a few hours if we take just the Jalousie Beach portion.

Bit the bullet and booked our flights Tampa to San Juan - $311 Jet Blue Blue. Not many flights from Tampa and driving to Orlando is a mess. Problem is timing..We leave SJ around 9 PM and get in around midnight! Yuck...Has anyone used that Bagaway thing in PR to leave suitcases after checking out of airbnb??

Has anyone ever booked one way fares on different airlines rather than using the same airline? I remember reading somewhere that was a bad idea, but don't remember why. I can't seem to find good times/prices on the same airline for our Tampa - San Juan flight. Going through Orlando is unacceptable due to drive and traffic.

Flight prices are very high lately..Sailing BL in Feb 2024. Wondering if I should bite the bullet and book now or wait. Hotels were also high so we went w Airbnb. Input appreciated.

I read that BL isn't leaving San Juan until 10pm in February....Does anyone know embarkation time ?
