Go to the airline site or app to select or confirm your seat selection, and you’ll check in there as you would do if you had booked directly through the airline. That’s where you’ll get your boarding pass.

Outgoing ticketed. Flight back to Boston still not ticketed. But I am hopeful. I swear they monitor this site and FB.

I did call the enroute number. That’s were I got the Pleasant man who promised I’d be ticketed last Saturday. I also checked with the airlines because I want to upgrade my seats, but my flights definitely have not yet been ticketed. Just so frustrating. Thanks for the suggestions anyway.

I don’t know what else to do. Flying out of Boston on 10 June. Sailing on the Regal on 13 June. Cruise with air fully paid in early March. My flights still are not ticketed. I have chatted, emailed, and made multiple calls - even had one customer “service” rep hang up on me. Finally got the direct line to EZAir and spoke with a pleasant man who promised my flights would be ticketed last Saturday. Nothing. The option for early ticketing is no longer available on the website. Any other suggestions? I will never use EZAir again. At this point, with the lack of responsiveness of Princess in general, I don’t think I’ll ever sail with them again either. I can’t imagine anything like this happening with Celebrity. Yes, problems arise, but customer service should be responsive and helpful, not rude and dismissive.

I have not cruised with Princess in many many years. Can you explain the “extra charge” please?

We reserved our flights through EZAir. Thus far, United has changed our outbound flights 3x. Our return flight on Virgin is now 1.25 hours later than the original, which we do not mind. On Our outbound flight from Bos to Newark to Heathrow, the connection in Newark is now just over one hour rather than the 2 hours originally, so we are getting a warning from Princess that we should change flights. The problem is that flights are AT LEAST double in price now. I am inclined to just leave it. The connection is slightly more than one hour, so I don’t think it will be a problem, but this flight from Newark to Heathrow already has changed twice, each time giving us less of a connection time with our Bos flight. If it becomes impossible, will Princess just change out flight automatically at no additional charge? Does anyone know how this works? Thank you.

I am struggling with this now. I had booked EZAir for my June cruise, but just received a notification that there was a schedule change and my connection time is too short, so Princess suggest that I change my outgoing flights. The problem is any reasonable change is several hundred dollars more. When I check AA, however, I can get direct flights for $600 cheaper than the same flights thru EZAir. can anyone tell me the advantage to sticking with EZ?

Several years ago. I just hate the smell cigarette smoke. I don’t begrudge anyone their cigarettes, I just don’t want to smell them. Kills my sinuses. Wondering if I try to switch to a different cabin on the port side.

I booked an aft balcony on deck 8. Just learned from a friend who previously sailed on the Regal that the deck outside the Vista Lounge on deck 7 starboard-aft is a designated smoking area. He said he smelled smoke constantly on his balcony, which sat right over the lounge deck, so much so, that he couldn’t use the balcony very much or leave the door open. Does anyone have feedback on this? Can you smell it on the aft balconies?
