I may have placed a few towels on two loungers in the Solarium and then went for brunch in the MDR 👹 total time away from my seat was 50 minutes….if you can’t beat them, join them Location, location, location brunch in the MDR opened at 9. We arrived about 10 minutes early and were seated immediately. The lines when we left were long. great experience, compared to the windjammer or even the solarium. They’ve been packed all week in the morning. I really miss the breakfast service on deck 15 (what is now El Loco fresh) . On some oasis class ships it’s open in the mornings, and it’s my favorite spot…. Brunch menu dessert for breakfast

Way to go, Lisa! 😎 I was too late. Had to find a spot in the Solarium. At least you’ll be occupying those chairs — unlike many others there yesterday where it was clear the towels were placed in the early morning and unoccupied most of the day 🙄

Difficult evening wear decisions…., Cheer on your favorite team at playmakers, or St. Patrick’s day green for formal night? compromise…. Wearing green at Playmakers. Waiting for my Hoosiers.🔴⚪️ and an added bonus was seeing Purdue fall….😎

I hope your wish for an empty ship comes to fruition! So far I’ve only gotten off in CocoCay, and I will say the ship is the most crowded I’ve seen thus far on a port day. Very surprising. Beach pool completely full. Of towels anyway. 😂

Day 5….it’s true what they say that time flies when you are having fun 🥳🎉 🥺 two hour time difference is really messing with me 😵‍💫😵

we’re not using the sofa, so I can’t say how that might be handled. our cabin steward told us we could not pick morning or evenings, but it is the first week on the new schedule, so maybe things will change. I’m going to note it on my survey as an “opportunity for improvement” 😉

haven’t had access since last night. Heard someone asking to a crew member in the D lounge and overheard that someone would be sending an “email” to the team that manages the app…. 😂 I’m sure it will be up a running soon…. Until then, there’s always the trusty compass!

To bring positivity back to thread following my mini cleaning rant, I am happy to see the fountains functioning. Have always loved this feature on Oasis class ships.

We got our new magnets today….I’m told this is as a result of the new once a day cleaning service…you are no longer “out catching thrills” or “sleeping off an adventure” it’s one sided…you are “sleeping off an adventure” if it’s on your door. I guess the absence of a magnet on your door means you could be doing anything, could be in the cabin - or not. I’m sure this update will make it easier for the staff to know when they can clean your room 🤦🏼‍♀️ On another note, I’m a pretty low maintenance person, but they need to make this once a day cleaning somewhat predictable. For the last two days, our cabin steward cleaned in the morning. Thought I had the routine down. threw me a curveball today and hadn’t showed up. Had to call to get extra towels delivered. resorted to putting my C&A gift plates in the hallway because the day 1 cheese plate on day 4 has developed quite a fragrance.

Literally walked past that sign yesterday and almost took a photo…. But it was missing something…nice addition!
