@Haljo1935 this (above) is the translation given by Google Chrome.
I right clicked on the image to get 'search image' then when the image came up I had Chrome translate it.

  2. @NWT Cruiser this "Entry restrictions at land and river borders with Peru and Colombia" is the header for the quote you posted. You are arriving via cruise ship so the restriction/need for Apostilled documents doesn't apply. Read through your link again and you will see all you need is your passport, and to make sure you have it stamped when you enter the country.

    Cheers, h.

PS I am no expert so re read the link you posted carefully.

  3. You may find this link useful https://airbag.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/AirBag/Recherche/bBAAANYKTA9wZVpnZ1pwdkRmHwA

I had a slightly different situation. Going through a plane change in Schiphol with duty free from LHR. My bottle of whisky was taken by security as it was over the 100ml allowed in the cabin. My hold luggage was processed through so no chance to move the whisky to my hold suitcase. Personally, I wouldn't buy duty free alcohol Manchester hoping to get it through a second security.

    cheers, h.

  4. Got a text off my sister at about 6pm Thursday 07/12 saying that the itinerary had changed because of heavy wind and rain in the Channel and Bay of Biscay so they would be staying in Portsmouth.

No updates from her today, and none expected. If I hear anything of interest I will pass the info along.

    Cheers, h.

  5. Yes, it is correct.

One can't embark at one USA port and disembark at a different USA port without visiting a distant foreign port, Vancouver isn't distant.

This is part of the USA PVSA. Because you are on a continuous journey on the same ship it isn't viewed as a b2b by the PVSA but as a single voyage.

    cheers, h

  6. I think this link may help you with some of your questions.

Basically, those with NZ passports should travel on those passports.

Also, if they left Canada on Princess using their Canadian passports but tried entering NZ using their NZ passports they would be flagged at immigration  as they would not be on the Princess immigration manifest under the correct country. That could get really complex.

(Dual citizens of Canada have to enter using their Canadian passports to enter the country, just an aside)

  7. @tkalina1111, I realize you are new to CC so may not know about Roll Calls.

There is one, not too active, for this sailing that is commenting and trying to find resolutions to the itinerary change. Here is the link.

If no satisfactory resolution can be made for you all maybe try making a silk purse out of a pigs ear and all band together for fun excursions in Victoria and Seattle.

    Cheers, h.

  8. A few scattered thoughts. Ok I’m not quite as scattered as I thought but the idea still needs further percolation, that’s up to you and the wife.

Marzipan is quite shelf stable if not exposed to air.

Your wife can pre make her orders, vaacum seal them and store them in a cool dark space.

(A month, or two  even, should not show any deterioration.)

You have used WhatsApp for advertising but your wife has decided that she has enough clients for now so the orders for the upcoming Christmas and Easter seasons are probably through a mailing list where you advise customers that you are now taking orders. (Of course if you use WhatsApp for upcoming celebration orders that works too)

    So....

Why not at christmas start to introduce a second ordering system.

The first will be orders 20 days from Christmas with delivery/pick up as usual. ( the same as you say she is working now.)

The second will be orders in by maybe mid November and delivery/pick up mid December (or whichever stagger dates work best)

That way you can trial run a system that will allow you to make the second option a one time only option for Easter but it won’t come across as something too different as it was introduced at Christmas.

You could then continue both systems from there on.

This should also be helpful if your wife is interested in growing her business moving forward.

If you think positive, making changes so you can both cruise could well end up being a big plus for the business and ease the time line pressures on your wife without any deterioration of her product.

    Cheers, h.
