The “tiny pool” is a swim-against-current never ending lap pool. If you’re a swimmer, it’s perhaps the best place for a real swim in the entire Norwegian fleet. -
Prepaid gratuities are rarely if ever included by NCL with your fare on US bookings. However , on occasion an outside travel agent may offer them as an incentive for booking with that agency. Any passenger may prepay gratuities or have them added to his or her bill day by day during the cruise. I have heard they are included on British bookings.

Seeing as how the federal government is predicting about 100 million Americans will contract Covid-19 next fall and winter, I don’t think the cruise industry will end its testing and vaccination requirements anytime soon.
