It’s easy to drop your bags and then make your way to the “Palm” garage on that side of the port.  However, not all Reflection sailings leave from #29.  It looks like we are returning to Terminal 19 on Dec 3rd, so that sailing will leave from nextdoor to the garage if the assignments don’t change. You can check the terminal/pier assignments on the Pt Everglades website.

Current Port Everglades ship schedule shows Reflection at Terminal 21 on Dec 3.

From previous cruise, someone we were traveling with wanted Indian Food for dinner.   He spoke with the Maitre'd and was told if he was given 24 hours notice he could accommodate.   The next night he personally delivered it and brought a different selection for the table every night.

Worth a try.   The worst they can say is no and then you can take one of the many good recommendations that have been made.

This was in Luminae, right? OP was referring to the MDR.

    My jarring difference is

no filet mignon on the child's menu.

There are many other changes but that is the one says cost cutting.

    thanks.

Also no filet mignon on any of the 14 MDR adult menus !!!

  4. An example of the difference between BLU and the MDR. The second chic night had Filet Mignon (for the second time) in BLU. Not once in 12 nights in the MDR. Ordered surf and turf (filet and lobster), the waiter said I will bring two, they are small. Would have been a $35 (plus 20%) upcharge in the MDR.

Lobster tails and filet were offered for free in the MDR and if you wanted another tail you did receive it.

Not anymore. On our 6 night Equinox sailing last month there was no free lobster or filet mignon ANY night in the MDR. The closest thing was flank steak !!!

  7. Here is an example of the number of Zeniths on each sailing. The Millennium Trans Pacific cruise from Vancouver to Japan (which just ended) had 17 Zeniths onboard. The subsequent cruise starting today is a Japan / Korea sailing. It only has 4 Zeniths onboard. With over 400 total B2B guests onboard not a single suite guest showed up to the Retreat lounge for priority B2B processing !!!

The official announcement “materialized”. Nice 🙂

Definitely good news, especially the line about opening auxiliary lounge spaces to accommodate the large numbers as opposed to the rumor of no access if crowded !!! Still waiting for my formal notice !!!

So, are people saying that a suite guest eating in the MDR would have to pay upcharge for a filet only OR that even in Luminae you would have to pay the upcharge for filet ? The latter being free on our last cruise if one of us decided we didn't want anything from the daily menu.

Friends of ours in Luminae recently asked and they would be charged if ordering the $20 filet off the MDR menu. Not sure if they could have ordered a different filet for free. Seemed to me if they already had the up-charge filet in the MDR available that Luminae guests should be able to get it for free considering how much Celebrity now charges for Sky suites and above !!!

Try looking at your booking the credit often shows even when you haven't received an email confirmation.

Looked at the booking on my Celebrity account and it did not show the extra OBC. Sent the request again over 24 hours ago and still no automated response. Maybe another cutback ???

No, I was on one of those early cruises where access to Michaels Club was limited to RS and PS, as well as CS and Zeniths.  (We were in a CS.)

We were on the very first sailing on the Century (early 2014) with the new Suite and Zenith Michael's Club. Had an amazing array of buffet offerings virtually all day. At the time Sky Suite guests were not allowed.

Hi all! I am a Zenith member currently sailing on Celebrity Edge. It doesn’t seem that the news have reached CC hostess yet and Retreat lounge is not available to Zenith members traveling in non Suite staterooms. Looking forward to Tuesday to see if the “official” announcement will materialize.

My kids are onboard Millennium presently. CCH knows about it but has to talk in code. Will be allowing access the day after the formal announcement.

What are your favorite dishes in the main dining room. Thanks

All of my favorites like the beef tournados, rack of lamb and lobster have been removed from the menu. Believe me we were onboard last month and none of those were on any night !!!

Seems to be "on a space available" basis, which is more than fine with me. I, for one will now consider Celebrity.

Will be interesting to see what "space available" means. Does it mean that the senior officer night Zeniths are not allowed because there are too many suite guests present? Will Zeniths already in the lounge be ejected to allow space for entering suite guest? Does it mean that on TA cruises with 30+ Zeniths none have access the entire cruise ???
