  1. Deck 5 has a great outside promenade deck with lots of seating on both sides of the ship. The front wraps around, the back does not due to the terrazza area On the starboard side is the la strada grill
  2. Deck 5 is the upper level of the theather, shops , specially dinner restaurants, piano bar , gondola lounge that is like ocean plaza and the Carnevale/terrazza area
  3. Deck 4 is the main theather , shops , casino, hero tribute bar, limelight lounge and upper level of the aft dinning room
  4. Deck 3 is the atrium, guest services, shore excursions and the mid ship dining room. Not that much on this deck At the back of the ship is the aft dining room only accessible by the aft elevator/stairs Lots of seating in the atrium This is also the deck used to get on/off the ship in New York
  5. Ship time changed by 1 hour. Only notification in the hub app. It's not in the printed fun times or a card left in the room. Time change could confuse some people today When checking my account in the hub app I noticed a 58 dollar charge that got reduced to 0 dollars. I wonder what this is for. very curious
  6. My multi port USB charger does not fit due to the mirror. Lucky I have a small 1in extension cable for it. I prefer to use my own charger instead of the USB ports in the room
  7. Here are the fun times for today. I also received a tote bag
  8. Norwegian sails out of the same terminal weekly and they are more efficient and organized with the checkin process. It's very strange how different carnival is Lines were toss at around 420pm Tug boat on stand by if needed
  9. Inside cabin. Bathroom has glass shower door USB ports by the bed and desk. 2 us plugs and a euro outlet on the desk and by the TV Room feels very spacious
  10. Today is Venezia first cruise out of New York and first cruise to Bermuda Embarkation at the terminal is somewhat disorganized. At the terminal they check the boarding pass documents first when you walk into the terminal, then security and then boarding the ship. Make sure to have the boarding pass printed out on paper. A digital copy is not accepted. There is a separate line to print out a copy if needed. they can be a long slow moving line outside that terminal that can snake down to the other piers.
  11. that is normal whenever you are traveling out of the country and that is why you need to travel with some kind of adapter thing. US outlets is very rare unless that country also uses US outlets
  12. Royal also uses this across the river in the Bayonne cruise port Surprised it took carnival this long to use it at the new york terminal considering norwegian uses the same thing for many years
  13. They might be pulled the itinerary due to dropping of the Valdez port from these sailings and changing the order of ports. This thread has more about Valdez issue this year and i think this will also effect the future sailings:
