  1. That’s them closed again now and still no answer. I’ve tried from 8.30am to 8pm today holding for over two hours at times or just holding for short periods and trying again a few minutes later. The latest suggestions were to ring at 7pm or just before 8pm, I did both, no reply. Tomorrow I’ll have to start work late to try at 8.30am, this is getting stupid now 😡
  2. Thanks, I have tried this, it’s difficult for me to do daily as I’m at work though. Did you manage to find out what happens if people can’t get through and are past final payment date? Thanks 🙂
  3. Thanks I’ve tried the form and other email addresses and the U.K. call rates number is the one I’m trying, I appreciate your kind thoughts x
  4. Not sure about complaints dept but I’ve tried Facebook and Twitter 🙂
  5. After an hour to get through to the US number, they told me they couldn’t take payment and the guy tried to contact the U.K. number, I’ve been cut off after another hour on hold with the U.S, the guy put me on hold and never came back! Over 7 hours on hold today so I’m taking a break and I’ll try again about 7pm
  6. After 58 minutes on hold to the U.S number I got through, they can't take the payment for a UK booking so it seems it does matter which number you ring, he's put me on hold to try and ring the "UK" himself, hopefully he's got a different number to the general one or he and I might be in for a long wait, I'm at 6 hrs and 35 minutes today so far... I rang the minute they opened and within the last week I've tried all sorts of times.
  7. I'm on hold to the U.S number now but its been 30 mins so far and I'm still not through, I think (and hope) I've done it via wifi calling so it shouldn't run up a big phone bill.
  8. I've just discovered that the five minute call to the US cost me £11.40 so I won't be ringing them to try and pay after all. Any ideas anyone? I still can't get through to the UK number
  9. Thanks, sadly it's not working. I'm on call five now, current hold time 12 mins. I'm going to try ringing the U.S number soon see if I have any luck there. I did find the number for "any other country" and they picked up the phone quickly but once I gave them the first booking number they couldn't proceed further and take the payment, they said I had to ring the UK number but what are we supposed to do if we get no answer day after day after day?
  10. Ok thanks, I'll try that, I've just hung up after been on hold for an hour and a half with no luck. I can't stay on hold all day as I'm at work. I've just tried redialling to see if your "trick" works! I appreciate your help.
  11. I have three cruises booked and the final payment is due on the first one today.. I tried to ring several times over the last two weeks but couldn't get through at all and am really busy at work at the moment (I run a busy tourist attraction and its our peak period) so can't sit on hold for lengthy periods. When I hadn't been able to get through I thought it was ok because I could pay online but I can't find any link to do so! why say you can pay online in the email when that's not available? also they aren't open at the weekends, either day! hopefully the first of the three bookings won't auto cancel overnight and I can get through tomorrow. Does anyone have a link to the online payment page? or does it not exist?
  12. How much later this year? I wouldn’t take that cabin if there is an alternative as you may be preventing some one who needs it from being able to go on the cruise. If it’s only a few weeks away and there's nothing else left then there’s no reason for you not to take it.
  13. No I’ve got that for each cruise $1300 per cruise ($3900 total) $1000 is the offer and $300 is the b2b obc, each $1300 has to be used within that cruise timeframe.
  14. Mine doesn’t show on my phone but it shows on my Mac book so it might be an issue with the mobile website not displaying it? Here’s mine for one of my 3 b2bs 🙂
  15. That’s not good at all. Did it show on your invoice pre cruise?
  16. Does anyone know when HAL release the November 2023 Caribbean cruise itineraries please?
  17. Thank you, we’ve managed to book on Enchanted Princess for the end of the month, to Norway and Denmark, no flying needed. We will hopefully do our missed cruise later in the year. Sad to be missing the Rotterdam and Amsterdam though!
  18. Thanks for the review. We were due to board on Sunday but have had to cancel as we’ve both got the flu , so too sick to travel, we are really disappointed ☹️
  19. Mine took several weeks but I was told they were very behind at that time. 🙂
  20. Multiple people have been told it’s obc not just for excursions and some have been told it’s just excursions so I think there some guess work here with azamara staff. When I converted my $500 obc to $1000 on the new offer I asked about it specifically because I can’t use any of it on excursions simply because there are no wheelchair excursions on any of my three cruises. The person I spoke with then asked a supervisor and I was told that it’s obc and that they are calling it shore excursion credit to try and encourage people to book them before they cruise and use it but in reality it’s obc, on my invoices it says obc and is the same as the $300 I’ve got each cruise for b2bs. Hopefully Les who is cruising soon will be able to tell us for sure what the onboard situation is. 🙂
  21. I think there should be a zero tolerance policy and anyone yelling at the staff should be escorted off the ship at the next port 😡
  22. My initial booking was 3 x $500 and was not for shore ex, so because there are no shore excursions for wheelchair users on any of my three cruises I asked the question specifically about the obc and requested she check with a supervisor because I wouldn’t be happy swapping $1500 general use obc for $3000 shore ex credit that’s totally useless to me. She said, as I’ve mentioned that they are saying it’s shore ex but it’s not and it doesn’t differentiate on the invoices either from obc I have that’s not under this promotion.
  23. I’m on this cruise and the two following it, the balance of the first cruise is 31st July for me, I’m in the U.K. and booked direct. The second and third cruises are due 7th and 14th August.
  24. No it’s not just for excursions it’s for anything, I specifically asked this when I refared my three cruises because I’m a wheelchair user and there are generally few if any excursions available for me so the obc would be of little use. She did say that they are promoting it as shore ex obc to encourage guests to book them but in reality it can be used for anything. Edit: All threes invoices say obc and they don’t differentiate between the $1000 and the $300 per cruise I got for b2b’s
  25. It’s not at all, I got a lower price on 2 cruises and 1 cruise was £16 more, I got an extra $500 obc on each cruise. Fantastic!
