  2. @Jezo So if we had 4 people and wanted a 6 hour tour the total cost would be $240. We would have to pay our entry fee into Brimstone? Or any other entry fees?
  3. No, you would have to cancel and rebook, or at least we did as that happened to us. We made a FCC while onboard in March but we already had a cruise booked for 2024. First they told us it couldn’t be done, then when I said I would just cancel (price was almost the same) and rebook. So she cancelled us and rebooked and used the FCC.
  4. IMO, That doesn’t make sense that can pop is not included in the beverage package as they can’t be more then $15… and it is a beverage. Why wouldn’t it just count as one of your 15 for the day.
  5. Yes, it does have glitches. But, we absolutely loved the app and the fact that we could order 5 or 6 drinks (beer) at a time and have them delivered to our room. We love to watch sailaway from our room while getting ready for supper. Once I ordered, and I didn’t think it went thru so I ordered again. 20 minutes later both orders arrived at our room. No charges to our onboard account, but we did give the bar steward a good tip. They will get the glitches worked out. On Celebrity we could only get 1 drink at a time and if my husband forgot my cruise card them he was charged for the second one and we had to go to bar to get them.
  6. We find the people, both staff and passengers are more friendly on Princess than Celebrity. I also find the atmosphere and decor on Princess warmer and more inviting. JMO

  8. Being from Canada, we want the cheque. I would rather have US money for the next cruise. We need it in a cheque.
  9. Don’t need to call - got off the ship March 9 - received a cheque today for my balance and the cheque was dated March 23 and I am in Canada. I think that is pretty good.

  11. We will be on the Feb 16th leg next year! Maybe we will run into one another, who knows…. Maybe we did.
  12. We got a summary of our account by email 2 days after we disembarked. I had screen printed the total before I got off the ship and they did match. We were on the enchanted as well, but only for 10 days. Refund cheque has not arrived yet. We disembarked March 09.
  13. If you paid for the tour with your credit card put a claim in with the card. You paid for a service you did not receive.
  14. We were on the Enchanted before you got on and we just left the bathroom light on to act as a night light. The space at the bottom of the door lets enough light out! We really enjoyed the ship too!
  15. I got those ones too @Thrax, I think it was you who posted. Since there were usually 4 or 6 of us at the table together when we ordered a drink anyone within range of the waiters handheld came up on his screen. I found they were always looking for the name so we just went back to the Princess lanyard. I will use the others for in my suitcase when I get air tags.
  16. The only thing about the ones on Amazon is they don’t show your name that is on the medallion and the servers look for that. That way they are charging the proper account.
  17. They just loaded mine on my phone but they told me I could purchase the USB, I did not have the premiere package though.

  19. Depending on the ship but the Enchanted Princess balcony is too small to try and manage breakfast, table is too low and too small to set anything other than coffee on. IMO
  20. Good to know…before the pandemic I could not talk to someone else.
  21. I no longer book with a PVP because then you are limited to only speaking with them or their assistant. You can no longer call the 1-800 # and speak to anyone… BUT you can put a courtesy hold on the cabin you want until they get back to you.
  22. Same with me for Enchanted Princess March 2024 , in fact much higher than before.
