My understanding is that Palm Beach is much busier than Eagle as it is closer to the ship. Eagle beach will be more relaxing but I’d you want busier, go to Palm. We have been to Eagle before and are going back in March!

I sent him an email for our cruise in 2023 and the email address bounced back. Did you find anything out @TTEllis. Or does anyone know of a private driver?

If we did that we would have to pay $1000 more for the same cabin as the cruise has gone up considerably from when we booked. But we did get it for our 2024 cruise.

It’s all what you are comfortable with. I am more comfortable with the correspondence I had with Around Aruba. I did contact them both. I am sure they are both pretty similar and we will both have a great time.

My research on ABC tours is they are highly recommended but I don’t like their cancellation policy. For that reason we are looking at doing Around Aruba Tours for the same type of tour. @genealogyfan - was the Natural Pool hard to get to. We have a couple with bad knees and unsure footing…do you think we could do it?

@Thrakthat happened to us twice too. We lost our cabin and they told me it was not marked as “do not upgrade” even though we asked them twice. The last person I talked to assured me it is now marked as do no upgrade. Make sure your TA gets them to double check to make sure properly marked.

Where did you find a Jeep that cheap. Everything we have found is well over $200. We are going in March 2023. It is very doable as we have done before.

Just put a courtesy hold on the cabin you want until your TA is back to work.

Did you find a place to rent a Jeep close to the port?

I find that private TA usually will give a bit of onboard credit. I think for us being able to reach a TA when I want (for the most part) I prefer booking with the cruise line. We just cancelled with our private TA and booked with Princess direct because she would never answer our emails until we sent an email to customer service. Maybe we just haven’t found the right one yet.

What annoys me with Celebrity is the amount you have to pay to get a refundable deposit. Even with the sale an 8 day Caribbean for 2024 is only $300 cheaper than what we are paying for a 10 day on Princess in 2023.

Perhaps some of this will help. Please post if you get it figured out. We are sailing in Feb, Will be our first time with app. Have gift cards as well so will be interested in what you find out

Did you try calling Princess and putting the card value between both you onboard accounts. Then you should be able to…. maybe. Worth a try

So what would your go to place to stay be? We usually stay 17St, but it is so expensive for next year. We want to be close to a Grocery store, pharmacy, dollar tree and dress for less type store, restaurants ….oh and liquor store. Any suggestions. Would also like breakfast included but not a deal breaker if not. Thanks
