Which ships are still missing for the summer period right now? Only Voyager otS, I think? All the other ships seem to be deployed, so there's hardly any chance to have an additional ship from Soutahmtpon in 2021...Â
-
The new deployment schedule is out, with very vague information on the "remaining deployment"...

Thanks... Next cruise manager here on Vision thinks the west bound TA that hits Greenland/Iceland will be posted in April. Will continue to wait until then...and if not...looks like something alternate. Brilliance seems to have done a disappearing act from May to Sept. in 2021. Â
Â
Interesting what the future cruise consultant thinks - currently I couldn't imagine any ship, because all of them in 2021 are already allocated. Maybe there's still a tin chance to see Adventure on such an itinerary in fall 2021, but actually I'd expect her in dry dock during that period.
IMHO the only chance for that is a second ship from Southampton in 2021, which could do such an itinerary after her Europe season in early fall. But it still seems to be unclear, if there will be a second ship from Southampton or not in 2021...Â

That does not change my point that it is a shame and waste to let such a ship do such cruises also in summer. If it would not be driven by the bridge restrictions in Tampa they would send a Voyager class ship with water slides, flow rider and such but not Brilliance that is much better used for longer itinerary focused cruises. It would be much better to switch Brilliance with Rhapsody or Vision!
Â
TOTALLY AGREE!! Radiance-Class is a really flexible class of ships, best suitable for cruises to Northern Europe or Alaska with port-intensive itineraries or more advanced itineraries as such. IMHO it's a huge waste to do such uninspiring short-cruises with such as ship.
IMHO Adventure's Europe deployment in 2021 prooves that Radiance-Class is far better for such Northern Europe cruises: Adventure does not do any Norwegian Fjord cruises, the Arctic Circle cruise is not offered in 2021, which has been offered since 2012 every year, at least once from Copenhagen. She's just doing Baltic cruises, with two useless sea-days between Copenhagen and Tallinn, and the 7-night runs just call at three ports...
I really miss her in Europe already...
Â
I'd also rather like to see the old Majesty doing such short-cruises from Tampa, or Enchantment, another Vision-Class ship, or Empress.Â
Enchantment to Tampa, Brilliance taking over the Baltimore cruises - why not? đ

I am still waiting to book the 2021 Iceland/Norway TA...if RCI even does that route again. đźÂ
Sadly I wonât be sure about that at all... itâs not clear if another ship comes to Southampton in 2021, and otherwise the only possible candidate for that route would have been Adventure, and obviously she doesnât do such an itinerary. If youâre interested in such a cruise, have a look at NCL, Princess in 2021. -
You could still choose âRyndamâ but youâre directed to the general cruise overview than...
Obviously the website is buggy...
-
A very âcoldâ website has the new itineraries already. Sailings from Amsterdam, as mentioned before, very similar to the ones that Nieuw Statendam offers in 2020. No North Cape đ but two Cruises to Iceland. đÂ
-
Okay, thank you very much so far! Does she also do cruises including North Cape (port of HonningsvĂ„g)?Â
I really hope to have the cruises on the HAL website very soon...Theres obviously no possibility to access POLAR as a âcommonâ person?
Â
-
Thank you, great!!
Where did you get the itinerary? It should be well likely now that the other itineraries will be released tomorrow.
Â
Does your PCC also have other itineraries?
-
Letâs hope for Monday. I mean, those information by insiders should have a certain reliablity, they just donât tell us anything about the itineraries being released in friday.
So letâs hope for next week...
-
Still nothing, sadly, however here in Germany itâs evening already, but in Seattle itâs something around in the morning, so it still could happen today that the itineraries get released...
-
Any confirmation on Quantum sailing from Seattle yet? Are the itineraries already to see somewhere?Â

The August 3rd sailing was available on the website for one day last week, but then it disappeared.Â
ÂHopefully, weâll see them soon.Â
ÂAndrea
It was August 08-15, not 3rd of August, one week Norway from Amsterdam.nevertheless, we know sheâll be sailing from Amsterdam.
-
In another thread, a user was told by his PCC that the sailings for Ryndam will come out Friday, and the inaugural voyage next Wednesday.Â
-
Now Ryndam is taken away from the website again...

For the inaugural Trans Atlantic cruise, will it be from Northern Europe or the Med.?Â
Â
She's only listed in Gibraltar (Med port) the 25th of May 2021 (for sure her repo from Med to Northern Europe), and depending on the port schedules for 2021, she should be in Northern Europe until Oct 10, 2021 at least, returning from a 14 night Baltic cruise from/to Amsterdam.
IMHO she's likely to sail her first inaugural TA from Amsterdam, although I cannot say for sure.
Let's hope we know more in a few days or weeks!

There is currently one Ryndam sailing available to book on the HAL website. August 2021 for 7 days. I assume that more will become available shortly.
Â
True, it's August 08-15, 2021, 7 night Norwegian Fjords from Amsterdam - same type of cruises which Nieuw Statendam offers in 2020, and partially in 2021.Â

[...] we are still missing Brilliance, Explorer, Indy, Mariner, Navigator, Quantum, Spectrum and Voyager for instance.Â
Â
Â
-Brilliance sadly seems to stay in Caribbean until July or so... đ I dislike since she's a very flexible, attractively sized ship, so she should better do cruises to Alaska, Northern Europe...
-Spectrum, QUantum, Voyager for sure will sail Asia during our summer period (e. g. July), as well as Australia later on.
-Indy, Navigator and Mariner - I am sure they'll stay in Florida for shorter or week-long Caribbean cruises
-Explorer is a question mark kinda... Obviously no Europe, maybe she could do the longer cruises between Bayonne and QuĂ©bec City, as Vision does in 2020. Otherwise, I have no idea...Â

Grandeur will offer a great variety of Norway and Iceland cruises in 2021. A very good alternative to the less creative itineraries from Royal!Â
You mean once she has left RCI and sails for Pullmantur?- 1
-
Meanwhile any news regarding Explorer otS? Obviously sheâs not coming to Europe in 2021...
-
Still no sailings on Explorer?

They havenât loaded ANYTHING for Explorer yet. At this point, I just wanna know where theyâre sending her, period.
Â
Before Explorer's Europe itineraries for 2021 aren't loaded, I don't believe in an Eruope deployment for her, but let's see, maybe the itineraries will be uploaded these days...
Otherwise, if it's all for Europe, I am a little disappointed about Northern Europe, since there's no Arctic Circle cruise, and no Norway cruises from Copenhagen, as Serenade or Jewel were doing the previous Europe seasons...Â
-
A little disappointed by Adventures sailings: no Norway, just the standard Baltic sailings, not the same as in 2020. đÂ
Letâs see if anything for Explorer will be added, but I wouldnât be wondered if her deployment for Europe in 2021 wasnât true...

Yes a second ship hasnât been announced by RC for Southampton, however I was told by RC to âkeep my eyes peeled in Decemberâ when asking before. Iâm not holding my breath.Â
ÂExplorer/Independence seem like they are as yet unallocated so where they may be is unkown to me as havenât short Caribbean ships been announced already. Although itineraries not released until next week
Â
Okay, who told you that about the 2nd ship for Southampton? Would be surprising, but really nice to have a second ship in Southampton since in 2020 there's just one...Â
Â
I'd think one of the two ships you mentioned will definitely stay in the Caribbean year-round.Â
Deployment 2021-22 booking season begins
in Royal Caribbean International

Would love to see Spectrum in Europe, although itâs unlikely, sadly...
Same with Voyager, although Iâd like to see her as the 2nd ship sailing from Southampton.
Â
Seems Quantum otS sails Hawaii/Australia after her Alaska season...
