Not so sure about that...I was in Coco Cay a couple weeks ago and the casino was open. There may be a law, but it also may be conditional, or specific language factored into the Island lease. As another, separate example, right here in Florida, a few years back, I was in Key West on Celebrity and due to high wind, we could not safely sail thrust away from the pier, so we spent the night in Key West...with the casino open.

They may have picked up or dropped off a passenger via the pilot boat?

I have been on Mardi Gras twice and both times the ride had issues which caused cancellations and only a handful who actually got to ride it. I would venture to say the ride has been a major disappointment to Carnival and passengers like myself thus far.

Do they give points once you have completed a free casino cruise?
