I used Misty Bay in 2012 and will be going back on Misty bay in 2013. Hope and Dan are great. Dan will find the best place. All boats talk to each other. He even found a few bears off shore and we got a great view of them Whales were pleantful.

don't go on big boats with a few hundred people Misty bay has a limited of 6

My luggage is old. America Touriester. Its not heavy but I think my next cruise will be its last. I always line the buttom and top of my bags with large plastic bags and everything I put in my suitcase is in some kind of plastic bag. Zip lock or the one you shrink (vacumn the air out of. each bage hass a address lable on it. Also on top of suitcase (on top of clothes I have my name and where I am going. (hotel or ship) on way home my home address.

I got sick a few yeas ago in New York. I was in a cab passing a hospital I was with my brother and sister in law. It was a birthday gift for me. I got sick in cab. My brother told cab driver to go to that hospital, The Cab drivr wanted to go to another one. but my brother insited on going to one we passing. BIG MISTAKE. It was Bellive Hosp. I was a star and the doctors we falling all over me. 3 chest xrays I stopthe 4th when they failed to get it right. I was in er and the only one not in handcuffs. the horrow I went thru I would not wish on anyone. And had to demand I be released the next day. was in a room with women from jail and junkies screamig all night. I asked for dinner well lets say I esd eaten, straving dog would not eat it

I was on the Zuiderdam on November 11/18. Why I did not like the layout of the ship. I had a wonderful time. Food in the MDR was outstanding. Service was also outstanding. I was mid ship cabin 6069 I never had any problems. I had a balcony and it was cleaned daily as were the windows. Its is a nice ship but I have been spoiled by the Amsterdam. I do know some people had a/c problems I saw them at desk. But that was one or two. You will love this cruise. Just remember it crowed going thru the canal first time empty on the return.Where is your cabin?

Have a wonderful cruise if anyone is cabin 6069 you will love it. Just do not add any soap to water in the tub or you have more bubbles than water and will need to shower to get rid of them. Its a great cruise and the cabin is o die for.

When I left ship around 7:30 the line was long they had plently of custom offcials. I was out by 8 and the shuttle service I had (only person in car) was in cab by 8:15 on way to airport.

Just did this cruise. I had a wonderful time, I had a few minor complaints,

there was quite a few joggers on Prom deck.

Food in Pinicle Grill each of mt table mates ate there a differnt night 2 of the 3 had bad reviews.

No signs on floors which told you what deck to go too

But the cruise was wonderful and those minor things were minor

I did hate the new daily progrm. cheep paper

My main reasosn to go on this cruise was to do the Canal. I was not disappointed. I was up early and walked all over the ship. A lot of people were on deck in the morning. But was almost empty going back.

You will have a wonderful time. the food in the MDR was to die for

I just returned from Nev 8 cruise. I bought some wine at Total wine and carried it on in those cloth wine bags. I had no trouble and it was not gicen a look. I just put it of the security belt and walked on. The policy does not go in to effect until January.

I do htink it will change as talking to the Head wine man (the man who does the wine testing) he said its going to be a mess on tours in Wine county cruises. maybe on bottle per person or more. the wine testing tours will not be sold out. Because no one will be able to bring back any wine from thoses vineyards

When I went to the pier I used a shuttle. It cost $7.00. I was in a car not big bus. Before we got to gate the driver said I might need a ID. So I pulled out my passport. I did not need to show it. I doupt they would let anyone walk around because of security. Its a working port. Maybe before 9/11 not now. Plus when I gof off ship and though customs it was HOT HOT and there was no shade.thankfully I only waited a few minutes for the return shuttle back to airport .

I find it funny these people don't go ddown and remove the 15 0/0 on drinks. HALl should have same wording as hotel charge. If you have bad service go down and complain. don't wait yntil the end of cruise and punish the whole staff. The staff that cleaned your room, cooked your meals, made sure you got off ship with ease. delivered and picked up your luggage. the Crew that cleaned ship. Those who did your laundry wahed windows so you could look out. the crew you did not see. made up programs, menu's. a few hundred you did not see.

Oh well you saved a couple of hundred dollars.
