Born in Brooklyn, lived in Manhattan for many years , Both grandparents were born in Italy. Raised on Italian American food. Im also blessed that im a frequent visitor to southern italy . I can say that I will visit the pay restaurant, but i don’t recognize many of the dishes .. i think i read some had chicken on pizza or cheese on seafood.. in a proper ristorante in italy they would freak if u order that , in Brooklyn they probably kick your butt!

Op, thank you for your wonderful tour.. truly outstanding. I just returned from a little trip and got caught up.with your review. may I ask a question about your lodging in Paris ? What arrondissement was it in ? I headed there in a bit for a couple nites and trying to decide on one .

Sorry , no way can I agree with consistent cursing and vulgar language around others is anything other than low class. Everyone pops off once in a while , but out loud consistent f bombs with assorted body parts thrown in is really unintelligent behavior. I was on a long weekend trip on the paradise once, it was supposed to be a Cuba trip that got stopped.. they wound up offering for next to nothing to fill the trip.. It was not the normal tapa booze cruise .. the lido felt like a prison yard and ‘my hand to god’. Someone was walking around with a F prison shirt on.. it wasn’t bad for us as we were all guys , gambling and drinking , but it was the worst I seen , ever .

I haven’t cruised carnival in years, we have moved on ( the last one was a canceled Cuba cruise ). I like to gamble , but never did much when cruising .I did get some nice / OK offers from the player club ?nothing to really get excited about. We do go to Vegas a couple / three times a year. I think CCL must buy lists from the MGM group. It started about 8 months ago … I’m always getting very attractive offers now, I’m hoping to use one at a yet to be decided in family trip that’s being set up. in my opinion your better off gambling Vegas ..

Wow this is interesting, I haven’t cruised on ccl in several years , and reading up on here I noticed the strip steak was back instead of that gelatinous piece of shoulder meat aka flat iron steak. I have never had a bad steak at the steak house . Nice to know u can get one in the mdr for an upcharge !

Thanks, I certainly get the ones with videos or who have travel sites .. but on this site we have reviews both live and after with tons of pics , often the same people do maybe 4 to 6 a yea and they are certainly enjoyable .. trying to determine who is sharing the info vs who is doing it for some personal gain? Nothing wrong with personal gain whatsoever, just need to understand it it going in the review .. Btw for our upcoming trip we are up to 22 cabins .. yikes .. should be fun ..

I have not been on a carnival cruise in a while .. I have been to Vegas several times within the last 6 months. I recently started looking at carnival cruises and I have a ton of offers for cruises from casino . Not sure if that is tied to my play at MGM. Or they have alway been there , but they are advertising very cheap for a 3-7 day c$uise

Greetings , I’ve been on this site for many years , while my wife and I moved on from carnival , I do check in here from time to time to see what’s up and changed . Several of our nieces and nephews are planning a cruise ( on carnival ) this summer and looks like quite the turn out. My wife and will be going once they decide what ship /date. Looks like out of Florida and this summer. I have been reading these boards for weeks now to catch up. I’m looking at the reviews posted on here . Question, I hope this is allowed . Is there a way to determine within a review , what is a review by a cruiser /enthusiast from ones that write reviews for for profit or work like a TA or influencer?
