Hi, trying to work out best dinner sitting for us, is anyone able to tell me the sitting times as I see there is a thing called "My family time dining" which is either 5.30 or 6.30, just a bit confused and wondering if anyone knows about this.

Also, can anyone tell me show times as dont want to go for the 6.30 sitting then find out the show starts at 7 and we miss out.

All advice appreciated.

Hi, we are travelling with DS age 5 and DD age 3 so its great that they are in the same age group, phew.

We are booked for 2nd sitting in mdr but kids will prob mostly eat in Windjammer but they will still come to mdr some nights.

If anyone has any tips or advice at all on club or just anything that worked for you, it would be appreciated.

How do they monitor that people are not "sharing" it? Just out of curiosity, I am not getting a package, we dont drink enough to make it worth the money, so for us we will do the beer bucket, thats enough, but for those of u buying a package, how would they know anyway? Thanks.

I heard Freedom has changed the sitting times for early sitting, used to be 6pm I believe now its 530, do you for definite what is correct?

Hi all

I have heard a couple of stories recently about brits booking with American travel agents and got cruise for waaay cheaper, my husbands colleague has done this and got b2b with Allure for almost £1000 cheaper.

Is this something you have heard of or tried?

Lucky you, enjoy. I just could not pay the price for one, for me and my husband and our 5 and 3 year old, it would cost hundreds of pounds ... yikes. I noticed when I looked at labadee excursions, it listed things you could buy from shops such as goggles, suncream in with excursions, weird, and no Malfini beach. Anyway enjoy ur cabana, u lucky thing :-)

Hi

Does anyone by any chance have a price list of alcohol onboard.

I ask as we are unsure about an alcohol package (the age old question, is it worth it for me)

I have been looking on net but cant see prices anywhere and hubby and I both enjoy a beer or cocktail at pool deck but we just dont have a clue how must these items are or if they still do the beer buckets??

Cant remember the name of the bar but sure I had a couple of drinks at it last year, cheap and cheerful, nice for a last beer literally just as u are about to go back on board, think its probably the one you mean, we are doing freedom of the seas in oct and I know we will have our last drink there before we board :-)

I agree, its time they release a bit more info, is there a promenade and artist impression of the mdr perhaps? I understand them wanting to keep people guessing but a bit more info would be nice now.

Yes, live in Bonnie Scotland, reckon we will probably leave it as the summer holiday prices when schools are off will be insane, done oasis b2b in Caribbean and it was amazing and wanted to do Allure but we are going away in October on freedom to do another b2b so would all just be too expensive. 1. Do u think the prices that rci have released will come down??

2. Is it also available to book through travel agent from the 18th ir just rci?

3. if you book through rci direct is there any incentives, perhaps free drinks package or onboard spend?

4.if u book through rci direct, when is ur final payment due, how many weeks prior to departure?

5. My hubby and I dont like one week holidays, no sooner have u unpacked then u are packing up again?

6. Do u think a back to back would be good value even though, I believe, every week is the exact same itinerary?

Been to malfini twice and it was quiet and beautiful on both occasions, the toilet is not the best a single cubicle in a wee hut thing but its was a lovely few hours, go on YouTube and put in for Malfini beach and you will get an idea, hope this helps.

I have been to malfini twice (once on freedom and other time oasis) and it was quiet and beautiful, now also thinking of sandbar, just cant decide, thinking more towards sandbar as its a new experience :-)
