We embark on the Royal Princess this Saturday and were wondering if there is a way to see the menus ahead of time? Or if anyone has pictures of the menus? We are new to Princess and are trying to decide when we will eat in the main dining room vs somewhere else. Thanks!!

We have to check in tomorrow for our August cruise. Our group has 5 rooms. If they are all linked to me on my app, can I reserve the checkin time for everyone or does each room need to do it separately? Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Cruising on the Royal in 2 weeks! Excited to follow your live- haven't been on Princess since our last Alaska cruise 20+ years ago.

We have always gotten passports for our kids, but it is my understanding that the birth certificate would be fine. If you are going out of Seattle, then I am guessing an Alaskan cruise? The only foreign port is likely Canada. I am not sure what the regulations are now for crossing the Canadian border, but they used to be different than other foreign countries (I don’t believe you need a passport, or at least you didn’t, but May now need an enhanced drivers license). What I am getting at is that we travel with passports for all in case of the need to fly home in an emergency situation. Since you will likely be in mostly American ports, this should to be as big an issue for you. Just something to think about. Have a great trip!

I believe from our experience that will be fine. Our kids are 20, 18 and 10. We could only have them in a separate room from us if they were directly next door or directly across the hall. Tried booking with one room between us and were not able. Also tried diagonally across and not allowed. From what I understand, as long as they are adjacent (not necessarily connecting) and you are ok with them being alone in the room, it should be fine. I would probably go with the no show at the port since you would lose the money anyway so as not to reprice anything or have Royal mess anything up!

We will be on Oasis in August. If you happen to use the freestyle machine, i would love to know if there are any sparkling waters or flavored waters. I remember them having them on a cruise in 2019 but last year on Harmony the didn’t. Wondering if it was just that ship or if all machines are the same and they won’t have the sparkling water anymore.

Just got Royal Up email for our room on an upcoming Oasis trip. There is one person traveling in that room. Do we still pay the Royal Up cost for two? I assume yes but wanted to check before bidding. Thanks.

We have never requested a table-can I just request through my travel agent for our party to be seated together? I am not particular about where we are located, but for one cruise would like a 2 top as it will be just my son and I. For the following week, we will be 8 people. If our reservations are linked, will we automatically be seated together or is a request needed? Thanks!

Are these cabins noisy? Have regular interior now and considering Royal up bid but not sure if they will be noisier than usual due to being above eateries and shops. Would love to hear feedback

I am sure you probably checked, but often the mat in the safe lifts up-May want to check under there. Also, maybe in with the grandkids documents? Maybe it got folded in?

Can you share what magnets you are using? And do you bring your own hangers? We are sailing our first b2b this summer and may have to do some laundry!

I have been watching the prices and it just went back up, right after my brother confirmed he was going to go on the trip. We are working on the best plans to figure out if he will be in his own cabin by himself or if my husband who doesn't drink will be in the cabin with him. We are considering it as a cost saver, but if my husband needs to buy the refreshment package, we may not be saving much after all. We would do it if it was just the soda package required. Unfortunately, we weren't booked for this trip at Black Friday! We got a great rate from our travel agent and jumped on it. Sadly, we are rarely able to take advantage of the black Friday deals- but may be able to this year as we have an April cruise already planned! Thanks to everyone who responded. We are cruising on Oasis in August. I am continuing to watch the prices for drink packages, internet, etc and was wondering if there are certain times between now and our sailing to look for the best deals. Are Memorial Day and July 4th bigger sale times? Or does it not matter much? I know sales are not great anymore but would love to try to save a little wherever I can! Also, what is the lowest deluxe beverage package price I can expect? Don’t usually check prices for this one but my brother is traveling with us and wants that drink package. We are trying to complete our information in the Princess app for our upcoming cruise. Our family has 2 rooms but the app will only let us put the credit card in for one of the rooms. It gives us an error message for the second room. Does anyone know why this would happen? We would like all charges to go on the same card. Thanks for any information.

Is there a list anywhere of mocktails available? I would love to try some different dinks, but wouldn’t even know where to start. Also, is a Shirley temple considered a mocktail? Or would that be covered by the soda package?

My son and I are doing a b2b in August on oasis. The rest of the family is joining us for second leg. We are not in the same stateroom-different floors, opposite ends of the ship. Do we print out luggage tags before we leave for the second leg? Is it easier to move our own stuff so it doesn’t get misplaced? When should our second leg room be ready? Not sure what time the rest of the family will board-we are usually early boarders if possible but they may have to pick someone up from the train prior to getting to port. Will my son and I be able to hang out in the new room or do we need to find somewhere else? Lastly, from reading some of the posts, it sounds like turn around could be quick or take a bit depending on several factors. I am guessing this means we may want to bring something to occupy ourselves like a book or something? Maybe a backpack with the items we need for the short term? Thanks in advance for any responses!

This sounds like a great concept but wondering if you then have to wait for it (or any other requests) to arrive or are they put in your cabin?

We are cruising out of Cape Liberty on Oasis in August and trying to plan our transportation. Departure time is listed as 4pm. Arrival back to the port is listed as 6am. Does anyone have a guess as to how late one can arrive on departure day to board the ship? And how early can one get off the ship on arrival day? Also what is usually the latest time to get off the ship on arrival day? thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

So if we are on a B2B, do we need to purchase the soda package for the second week? Will the cup work for the second full week?
