Hello all, has anyone recently booked a tour offered by Bernard's? I am trying to book something, but not having much luck. The only way I can find to book is by paying the full amount of the tour up front. Plus they charge you an extra $20 (not sure that this fee is, just just included the final amount). I have sent two emails to Bernards, which have gone unanswered. I am booking for 5 people so much prefer to just do a deposit and not the full amount (especially since someone on CC had problems). Thank you!

What did you end up doing in San Juan? Going in November and can't decide what to do there.

I don't know what's going on today, but trying to get a service rep is really frustrating. I waited on hold for an hour. Which I had to hang up because I had an incoming call I needed to take. I also tried the chat option and I had the same result as the OP - no one available. I'm now on hold again....I am just picturing an empty office LOL

hello cruisers! I am going to be booking my air through NCL, but my adult son is on a different reservation. When I booked his reservation I requested that our reservations be linked and that he be booked on the same flight as my room. The customer service person said it was all set. But I read that there is a $25 pp fee for this service, and I wasn't charged anything. Now I know for piece of mine I should call back and ask about it again. But the customer service person told me that i really don't have to worry because we are all leaving the same day from the same airport. has anyone actually used this program and know more than me? I guess the worse that could happen is my son fly by himself (but that could also throw off transportation from the airport - and we are leaving out of Port Canaveral). Sorry for talking in circles - just how my brain works...LOL Thanks!
