  1. Thanks so much for the link to another cruise port site I didn't know about and the information about not listing home ports!
  2. Help please - I don't see my June 2nd and June 9th Rhapsody cruises out of San Juan listed on whatsinport. I was looking to see who else is visiting San Juan during the 3 days before our 1st cruise. Has me worried! Is there another site I could check? Thanks
  3. Hi - is there a place I can see the entire World Cruise itinerary? Thanks!
  4. Thanks so much - I appreciate you all taking the time to share your knowledge!
  5. Thanks for looking into this! If I cancel a non-refundable cruise before final payment I know RC keeps $100 per person of the deposit, but do you have to take the rest of the deposit as a FCC? Can I just have a refund of the rest? Thank you again
  6. I looked at the Alaska cruises out of Vancouver for 2025 and was very disappointed to see the new SG category on the aft cabins appear to require a non-refundable deposit. I love aft cabins and don’t mind paying more for an aft, but I don’t want to make non-refundable deposits for cruises so far in the future. Is there a way to get a refundable deposit? I always book direct but would use a TA if they are able to make a reservation with a refundable deposit. Thanks for you help!
  7. I’d love to trade for your Grandeur. I have Navigator and Serenade original script crystal blocks to trade. They are in new condition, never displayed or handled, no chips or scratches and come in their original satin lined box. Would have to do a mailing trade. Thanks for considering!
  8. Hello - While we are on the topic, I have extra “original script style” Serenade and Navigator blocks I'd like to trade for Jewel, Radiance or Grandeur. Thanks!
  9. OP here - thanks everyone for sharing. Since I know nothing is ever really free and we would not be using these offers, I’m interested in comparing pricing without the free airfare (for the 2nd guest) and free 3rd and 4th guests. I went ahead and made a reservation for a what looks like a great aft balcony for May of 2024. Like all cruises we take, I’ll be obsessively checking prices for the next year!
  10. I am new to NCL, have been looking at Pride/Hawaii cruises for several weeks and wondering if the ‘FREE AT SEA’ AND ‘MORE OFFERS’ ever really end. I see I can remove the Open Bar and Specialty Dining but wondering if the cruise price might drop without the other FREE offers. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
  11. Looking at Pride of America cruises - can anyone tell me if this ship has separate male and female sauna and steam rooms. If so, is there a charge to use these facilities? Hoping to hear from someone who has been on the Pride of America recently. Thank you.

  13. OK friends - before the original crystal blocks become expensive “vintage” items on ebay, let’s do some trading! I have an extra Navigator and a Serenade. I’d like to trade for a Brilliance, Jewel, Radiance &/or Grandeur. Thanks for considering!
  14. This is a bit off topic, but for those of you who have done Panama Canal cruises, is there much difference in weather between spring and fall cruises? Thanks for sharing your experiences.
  15. Hi all - I have extra Serenade and Navigator blocks - in original boxes. Would love to trade for Jewel, Radiance, Brilliance or Grandeur. Thanks!
  16. THANKS so very much little britain!!! I really appreciate that you took the time to reply to my question and then also added the picture. Now I have one more reason to look forward to our Alaska cruises in June.
  17. Hoping someone, who was recently on Brilliance OTS, can tell me if there are still free male and female saunas and steam rooms. There seems to be some confusion concerning the Brilliance as I think a thermal suite exists but the free, single-sex saunas and steam rooms are also still there. Past reports said these free saunas and steam rooms were located in the men’s and ladies’ dressing rooms in the spa area. Thanks for a recent report!
  18. Hoping someone, who was recently on Brilliance OTS, can tell me if there are still free male and female sauna and steam rooms. There seems to be some confusion concerning the Brilliance on the excel sheet as I think a thermal suite exists but the free, single-sex sauna and steam rooms are also still there. I watched this recent (dated one month ago) YouTube ship tour: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gk4iZEk4UrE&t=135s and it looks like the free sauna and steam rooms are located in the mens and ladies dressing rooms in the spa. Thanks for your help.
  19. Thanks so much for answering my question about free Sauna and Steam rooms on the Jewel. Enjoy the rest of your trip!
  20. I have been hoping someone could tell me if Jewel OTS (and Brilliance OTS) still have the free male and female sauna and steam rooms. You mentioned you had a sauna and steam. Were they perhaps in the free facilities in the ladies spa dressing room? Thanks for the great review!
  21. Hoping someone can tell me if Brilliance OTS and Jewel OTS still have the free male and female sauna and steam rooms. I believe these would be located in the men’s and ladies’ dressing rooms in or near the spa. Thanks
  22. Please help me choose which Panama Canal Cruise to take in April 2023. Except for cruising out of Fort Lauderdale, all the ports for both cruises will be new. Both cruises visit Cartagena, Colombia and Colon, Panama and end in Los Angeles. The 14 night Brilliance cruise sails from Fort Lauderdale on April 3rd and stops at Puntarenas, Costa Rica; Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Ensenada, Mexico. The 15 night Radiance cruise sails from Galveston on April 21st and stops at George Town, Grand Cayman; San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. My husband and I prefer ports that allow us to just safely wander around. Thanks for you help!
  23. For anyone also needing tests for cruises out of Cape Liberty: I was able to schedule our rapid antigen tests with NJ Primary Care, 200 Hudson St., just a few blocks from the Hyatt Hotels. Cost is $145 per test but no prepayment required. We will see if our insurance helps to pay for tests or not.
  24. We won't have a car. I see there are 2 CVS pharmacies close to the Hyatt House - 70 Hudson and 88 Morgan. I'll investigate if I can schedule an in-store test.
