Hi,
I booked the De Luxe beverage package for both of us, during black Friday, with a good price. But my husband does not drink alcohol, so i called customer service to change his package to refreshment package. They cancelled one De Luxe package and added the Refreshment package. But they did it on wrong persons. So he told me that the best thing to do was to contact Guest Services once on board and have them to switch the packages between us. This is fine with me as long as this is an easy fix.
Have anyone tried to switch the packages once on board? And did you have any issues?
