You can start posting your questions here now
I can't see where to post questions, but if you can add one for me:
Why is the Royal IQ app not available yet for Android?

I wonder if "more to come" actually means "working bow thrusters"
Good one!:)

Thanks. The different window is actually the oval window that seems to appear in cabins with longer balconies. It's easier to see in some of the other high res photos that have been posted but the E balconies also include the regular balcony windows next to them. They look nice and long, now if only we could get some accurate info on the interior...
I agree. I take it that you mean the dividing line is between the 2 oval windows for each E1 cabin.
As drawn below:

Did you happen to get a peak at the E1's? Smaller balcony cabin with larger balcony.Same question here, the E1 has been completely shrouded in mystery. Thanks for the great pics!
The one's I've circled in red are 2 of the E1's on Deck 6 & 7 (and another E1 to the left of them I think), they appear to have different windows to the normal balcony cabins also.

if it is as reliable as their other IT (website/dining etc) then I think it will be quicker to do things the old fashioned way

Can you find out what the "more to come" areas all are? :)

I actually recommend starting a new separate 'Everything' thread for the Anthem of the Seas for several reasons: those booked on AotS, but not on the same exact cruise, can ask generic questions that may have already been covered very early in the construction of QotS; the itineraries, especially the Caribbean sailings, may have different/specific interests than those sailing on her sister out of NYC in the Winter; there may be some small design or decor differences that are unique to AotS; this thread will eventually get so big it would be next to impossible to search for answers to questions using the Search function.
The new Anthem thread can begin with pictures of the mega-blocks in the lagoon, and then back in the shed, then proceed from there.
Anthem of the Seas deserves its own thread. ;)
:D
Agree.

I'd tend to agree...gimmicky and for small kids maybe...
It's something I'd expect to see on a Disney ship perhaps.
Let's just see where they place it first... I'm sure there's a method to the madness. Maybe it's not even complete.I thought the red stuff was a covering before it was unveiled. Now I see that it is actually red I am a little disappointed! Thought there would be some incredibly realistic bear underneath!

Well, that was an hour and a half build up for something that's over a lot quicker than you expect.
My DW says it reminds her of something else, but can't quite remember what.
She should be happy if it took an hour and a half. Whatever it was. ;)

I sent an email to Meyer about why their webcam was down and they answered very quickly! So they appear to have the webcam up and running again ...
"Dear Sir,
sorry for the problem with our webcam and thanks for advising us of the problem! We solve it, so now you should have a clear view in our Hall 6.
If there are any problems, please let us know.
Yours sincerely,
Imke Weber"

edit: sparkx confirmed it earlier...
New webcam image is up ...Divider looks to have been removed

On the deck plan the ones you circled are E1. To the left on deck 7 and 8 they are the Accessible Superior Balcony. I believe some of the other suites along the starboard and port sides also have these windows.
Thanks Tall Cruiser. I have an E1 booked so was wondering if that was them and what the difference is (apart from the larger balcony and slightly smaller cabin)..

This should be the range, give or take a cabin or two. :D
Is there a bigger version of this "all decks side by side" picture? :)
-
Yup. See the other post response.
Thanks! I figured as much but had faith that your superior knowledge would come in useful!:D

Jason Bradbury is from uk he's on a show The Gadget Show. All they test out all new gadgets & technology. Quite a popular show here in uk.
Don't think he has done himself any favours here, nothing worse than somebody who you respect for independent opinion doing paid "reviews".

Hi Lloyd - does this section contain cabins in the 7600 range? Thanks.

I figured that at this stage with work on three ships, it would be hard to tell which ships new blocks would belong to.
On another note, while showing my old aunt some of HD1080ide's photos of the float out of Anthem MEGABLOCK 1, she pointed to openings in the deck 5 wall that looked to her like doorways or floor-to-ceiling windows. There are also boarded up windows(?) along the top of the wall. As for the bigger openings, they don't seem to line up with the retail spots or the promenade. Instead they line up with the smoke stack areas (or staff-only areas) along outer wall. That's it. Just an observation.
Please give me some bearings on this photo - what cabin number range is covered on this photo? Thanks!

I personally think it would be easier to deal with the money situation privately. I think if you have Royal get involved it might cause some headaches. Not too sure how it works, but if you only used one cc to make the deposit, they will probably only refund the deposit back to that cc instead of moving it to the room.
Thanks everyone. Yes, there is no issue with the money between us, the issue is that, because this is a booking from Ireland, they don't refund deposits so I was hoping that they would let me transfer the half deposit to the other cabin rather than lose it altogether. Equally I'd be happy if they took one name off my current booking, but left the 2 deposits paid towards the cost of that cabin. Then we'd just start afresh with a new cabin and pay a new deposit on that.

Yep, just above you, I'll take a couple of photos later to give you a better idea, obviously you might more obstruction being on deck 6 but I don't think it'll be bad in any way.
My mate has a normal cabin, I have to say I prefer the E1. It's not as long, but wider so lots of room and wide balcony.
