  1. Thanks, but nothing ever shows up in there other than a 100 off a cruise. What kind of offers do you see as a Prime? I finally called them to get more info. I can't do an inside room due to claustrophobia issues and they were saying I would have to pay market rates for a balcony or suite with a 5% discount and only get the 500.00 value if I do a short or longer sailing or a holiday.
  2. A Tier in the Casino Royale rewards program. Casino Cruises Reward Program | Club Royale | Royal Caribbean Cruises
  3. I became Prime last year and have a cruise cetificate. It expires Mar 2023. Can I take a cruise after that date if I book before Mar 2023 or does it have to be taken by Mar 2023?
  4. When is your cruise? If it is within 90 days of his April pcr test and that test is document she can write it using the April test date and date the letterr July 5th.
  5. You contact the person you booked with whether royal or a ta. Make sure you get a non home test to show negative, they may require you to submit it and a home test unless proctored would not work.
  6. I was on the 6/6 sailing and there was a small engine fire when we were in port which caused a total blackout shipwide for about an hour. It delayed us leaving until it was given an all clear. We were in a Grand Loft Suite which was aft and it looked like they were only using 1 engine as the wake wasnt the same as before the blackout.

  8. It is nice to see some of these threads come back! 9/25/22 Explorer Of The Seas Miami 6 Balcony $316 pp with 932.00 for 2 with taxes and fees. $249pp with 793 for 2 with taxes and fees. Senior rate
  9. Our 1 genie was positve on our trip 2 weeks ago, I also believe notconfirmed our other genie also had positive. My son was positive the following Tuesday. Not bad symptoms but still positive. IMHO they sold to a much higher capacity making venues crowded and very close contact all over the ship, than my previous 7 since covid restart.
  10. I have been on multiple cruises since the restart. I just got back from Alaska in a Star Class room. Although the cruise was nice and we enjoyed ourselves, I will not be booking any further cruises for a while for the following reasons: 1. Even though masked etc, we had a last minute change due to our genie being "unfit" for duty, then our second genie had covid which made us be contract traced to get tested. My son ended up with Covid the day after we got back. I knew the risks going in, but its not until you are faced with the realities that Covid sets in. We are all vax and boosted so he didnt have any major issues. 2. Another Covid issue, the cd and activities manager were "quarantining due to protocols". Some of the other activities staff were also not around. Our main headliner Goddess was unable to perform, no reason stated. Shows a nd other venues were packed due to other cancellations. 3. Even though we had Star Class, we did go to the Windjammer as Quantum was limited on specility resturants. There was little variety for lunch every day, it was the same thing. Did not do dinner, so i cant comment on that. 4. They were out of basic liquor items such as a few wines, few rums. 5. Guest services lines were very long every time I walked past, except in the middle of the port days. 6. The staff although great were exhausted due to covering for others and longer than normal contracts, as they cannot get staff to the ships. Is this royals fault. Not at all. The only thing I can blame Royal for and not booking anymore sailings is the ships are over a capacity that makes cruising what it was pre pandemic.
  11. We were on Quantum last week. Ship full capacity, Goddess cancelled, Starwater cancelled one night because of the power failure/small engine fire, cruise director and activities manager "unfit for duty' due to protocols, first genie "unfit for duty", second genie positive for covid, long lines for ice cream, glacier viewing cancelled due to large icebergs, long lines at guest services throughout the voyage with minimal guest staff reps.
