Probably she crafted it just for you. That's what they do at Alchemy if you let them.

We've really enjoyed everything about AT. Port of Calls menus are really great. The pasta dishes are delicious. Our service has been incredible. Love the bread and water on the table. We've had AT on three ships now. All three have been fantastic.

I purchased through Fidelity.com. Fees were so minimal I don't remember.
Refundable OBC?? We use it against our gratuity. Never enough to get $$ back. It has been one of the best investments we've made.

cancel all shore excursions and live in that room! Bucket list! Congrats!

We have enjoyed the new menu on our last couple of cruises very much. We eat no seafood but we are ok with wheat. We've eaten more in the MDR than ever before with the new menu. The port of call menus are so much fun and very tasty!
My pickiest eater - my son was in heaven with the new options. Old menu was nothing but cheese pizza.
I do agree though the wheat issue would make it hard. Flour is in so many things, pasta, sauces.

We had EXCELLENT service on the Liberty on our last cruise. We found a team at ATD we liked night 2 or 3 and we stuck with them the rest of the cruise. It was one of the best MDR experiences we've had.
-
Yes they do. I've seen it offered on every cruise over our last few for sure.
-
We never thought CD's mattered until our cruise on the Freedom. The activities were so plentiful and a ton of fun. We've not found those same activities on any other cruise.
Then our Glory cruise with Mike Pack - he absolutely made our cruise better. He's hilarious. Very accessible, fun and funny. What a sport. His evening lobby trivia's are legendary. Every night, every single floor was packed watching him in the atrium. We would book a cruise just to sail with Mike again. I heard several platinum and even a diamond cruiser compliment him on being the best CD they'd ever had.
So yes, they can definitely make a difference.

Agreed - emailed survey shortly after completion of cruise.

It depends on where your ship is sailing from. Breeze should stay on Miami time, right? We're about to sail from San Juan and the ship time should be the same as St. Martin. But from Miami, it should be an hour different.

On our last cruise I had called a couple of weeks prior asking how much to upgrade to a grand suite. The overall price had dropped and I thought it might not be much to make that move. However there were no GS available for our number of guests.
The day before the cruise I got a call that someone had cancelled last minute and would I like to upgrade for $xxx to a GS. It was slightly less than what was on the website, but since the cruise price had dropped overall, it was a good deal for us to take the upsell.
I think because I'd called and shown interest that this is why I was called when there was a cancellation. They guy seemed to have record of my interest in a GS.
You're not going to get much, if anything off of the website price in an upsell call. But heck, it can't hurt to try!

We consider it an extra day! We've always enjoyed embarkation day in San Juan on the ship very much. Just wish Muster wasn't SO LATE. Many people get on, drop their stuff and then go explore San Juan. It's so easy and walkable. Worth it! We stay on the boat though and enjoy it while it is hardly populated. Always a good good time.

Walk out of the port and turn left. Walk down to the 'Circus' flea market city center. It's fun.
Just past that, there is a round about where some people grill out all day and sell to locals. The man in the center makes great pork chops though you have to wait 20 mins for those and he can be grumpy. He's worth the wait. His chicken is great too and you'll see many locals come by to grab some to take home for dinner.
Our 3rd trip to St. Kitts next week. We just booked with:
-
We've done the taxi stand and it was ok. It's a taxi. And she did show up and bring us back. We only went to shipwreck beach.
I just booked Liz as suggested above. Her response rate is phenomenal. We're only a week out and accepted our booking. I had a response in less than five minutes. We've gone back and forth about recommendations etc. for the afternoon. She is very social media savvy and customer service oriented so far. Also according rates I've found for taxi's this seems very reasonable.
This will be our 3rd trip. Very excited to be in the hands of Liz.

Just off Ecstasy where they are experimenting. Just tell your steward what you want. that's really all this is... experimenting offering the option to cruisers to see if it is manageable to handle all the custom requests.
-
I was on the Ecstasy two weeks ago. Steward asked if we wanted morning or evening service. I asked for both and she lit up saying that makes it much easier for me! She was wonderful. The one thing I love about Carnival is they try very hard to never say 'no'. If it is within their reach, they will try and make it happen for you. But you have to ask!
We would love to try other lines but to-date have not found a reason why we should spend hundreds more per person for the same ports. For the food? Smaller cabins? We love Carnival staff, food and the fun.

We were on the Glory this summer and we really had a great time. If Mike Pack is still CD - it is a guaranteed blast. Everything was top notch on that cruise. We'd sail on Glory again in a heartbeat. One of our favorite ships so far.
Pinky at the lobby bar and Niu Putu in YTD MDR. Both made our trip very special.

The Breeze's buffet area uses different tiles than other ships and it definitely made a difference which shoes I was wearing. I had one pair that worked without issue anywhere and any time. The others were slick slick slick.
-
Like regular jetted tubs.
-
There are photos here of five people in a cabin on ecstasy. No way. No way would I ever do that. Misery.
We had a grand suite off an upgrade recently. It was wonderful.
-
I emailed them and they said we could not buy in advance. I believe there is a day pass website out there that offers Melia but I don't know if it is legit.
We want to go too. I'm willing to risk the $1.25 Jitney ride.
-
So very sorry, Brianna. I've enjoyed your travel reports like many others here. I lost my mother recently who shared my joy of travel. Keep going and keep seeing. He'd want that.
-
I don't have it handy but google funship 2.0 schedule. It will list what ships have what.
-
Agreed. Had a PVP locate ours and apply it to balance without issue. Never filled out a form so I don't know what that is or about.
Caye Caulker on our own?
in Belize

How do you book to fly back? As soon as you land on Caye Caulker you take a golf cart taxi to the airport to book a ticket?
We really want to do this! It sounds like such a wonderful day and exciting too!
