Today is Halifax. We were sort of planning on relaxing on the ship. I do want to go into the terminal and pick up some maple syrup for DM.

Good Morning , thanks for today's daily fleet report. It's a foggy start to the day. We have nothing planned today since we've been here twice this year. Somewhere in this picture is another ship.

Good Afternoon, the Mariners event was short, only 5 medallions were presented. They got their pictures taken with the captain. Afterwards we had lunch in the Pinnacle Grill and DH's lobster roll was very small and had a surcharge. Otherwise the lunch was no charge. They charged it as a 5* meal. Pleasant surprise. Definitely a lazy Sunday. I napped after breakfast and DH napped after lunch.

Good Morning. We gained 30 minutes of sleep overnight as we head to Halifax. It's a foggy morning on the Zaandam. The ships horn is regularly sounding. Breakfast was in the Pinnacle Grill and that is the plan for lunch. There is a Mariner recognition event at 11:30. That is the limit of today's plan so today is all about relaxing. Good Afternoon, we enjoyed the sites on our morning tour. Our tour guide left us to our own devices at each location. At Signal Hill we listened yo the very informative talk that the guide on the bus ahead of us gave. We were greeted by this cutie when our tour ended. Walking around town. This made me laugh. The ship as we came back from walking around town.

Good Morning, thanks for today's daily report. It's a cloudy day as we approach St John with a promise of a sunny day with temperatures near 72F. Our day in Port is from 9am with all aboard at 9:30. I hope everyone has a good day today. The pilot is onboard.

Good Afternoon, we will arrive in St John at 9 am tomorrow. Our excursion was moved from 12:30 to 9:30 which I like. It will give us time to explore. We are getting free drinks today 4 until 5 for missing today's port. I thought it one drink but our glasses seem to be bottomless.

Our Viking experience excursion was cancelled by the tour operator so we will tender in and maybe walk a trail. Yesterday DM was transferred to a rehab facility. DS will visit her after work and update me. I hope everyone has a nice day today.

We are docking in Corner Brook. We are being greeted by a man playing the guitar and singing. So nice. For all football fans. The NFL channel has been added to the menu.

Good Morning, thanks for today's daily fleet report. Clocks moved 90 minutes forward overnight. It's a beautiful morning but rain is in the forecast. Hopefully our highlights tour will end before it starts. I hope everyone has a good day today.

The tour bus dropped us off downtown. Where democracy died.

We did a Nature Park excursion through the ship. It was a nice walk, even if I was the buffet for the mosquitoes.

I recently watched a Mighty Cruise Ship episode on the Joy. I thought the ship looked nice and wouldn't mind giving it a try.

Good Morning from the Zaandam, thanks for today's report. It was foggy overnight and the ships horn was loud and clear in our cabin. We booked an excursion to see some highlights. First view when we woke up. Early sunrise. Still docking. DM was transferred out of ICU into a regular room. The doctor will review a loop that was implanted awhile ago yo see if that reveals anything.

Thank you all for the well wishes for DM. DS is at the hospital to be with her and she is keeping me updated. DH agreed to walk around town as long as I promised not to go to the Citadel. One of the shops that sells carvings had a 50% off sale. I found some cats and DH hot a dragon. For the garden club. This flower was beautiful and the picture doesn't do it justice. The artwork on the buildings is very interesting.

Good Morning Everyone, thanks for today's daily report. It's a beautiful day in Quebec. After sleeping in a bit we had breakfast in the PG, service and mimosas were perfect. We will walk around town in a bit with nothing specific to do. Late yesterday the good sister let me know that DM blacked out and fell while walking outside. She's in Paoli hospital. Early reports were very bad. Overnight the diagnosis is slightly better but still not good. DS will keep me updated as things progress. I hope everyone has a good holiday.

We made to the ship! Embarkation went quickly and we unpacked. Flowers for DH were delivered. He seemed surprised that I remembered. Lunch was the taco bar followed by a Mango daiquiri.

Good Morning from Montreal, thanks for today's daily fleet report. We had a good night's sleep and feel refreshed. I did wake up at the usual time to serve breakfast, guess I'm well trained. Heading down for breakfast and to see the HAL contact for ship transfer details. I hope everyone has a good day today. A nice view from the hotel.

Good Evening, we are checked into the hotel. We had to take a taxi since it was after hours for the HAL transfer. The hotel said that with a receipt we should get reimbursed from the ship. It will be lights out in a few. Thank you everyone for your support through the day.
